You have hit the nail on the head.
Many hardcore fans have said "why didn't you use this ingredient?" or "you should do what X/Y/Z company are doing".
In a large chunk of these instances, ingredient suggestions have been things that are not compliant (and the person clearly doesn't understand regulations by suggesting it) and company comparisons have been against smaller companies who currently have products which are not compliant. We had so many reasons to reformulate the product yet most people on here are completely unaware of the majority of them.
As we grow, our customer base grows.
As we grow, we attract more potential for lawsuits.
We are in the largest brick and mortar chains in America as well as sold on the largest online store in America. We are distributed in Europe, Canada and Australasia. We have to play by different rules than small companies who have non compliant ingredients and fly under the radar.
Some people may be upset and certain product changes and that is absolutely their right. When a company has a huge number of customers it is impossible to please them all.
Every single person who has voices their complaints to me in person ended up agreeing that the changes we made make total sense when I explained them all in detail.
When it comes to compliance and legalities it is difficult to discuss everything with total transparency on the forum (especially when people ask why we don't do the same as other companies who currently sell products we would never sell for a multitude of reasons) so people may assume that we made the change based solely on yohimbe but that is incorrect.
If any of you meet me at an expo, come and chat to me about it in detail and I will be happy to answer all questions in full.
In the interim, new Alphamine is selling better than ever. If you want to use it as an energy drink that has a very low cost per serving (84 servings per tub) you will be very pleased.
