Narrative:
Woke up at 6am and had my bedside all set up for my supps

Took the pslin with the reason being I have read it is good before a fasted workout and because the hemodraulix has 4g sesamin in it and it was recomended to me to take pslin with sesamin. Well after I took the supps I hit the snooze button and went back to sleep for anouth 30mins but the ephedera and caffeine had me poppin out of bed. So I went downstairs and did some lift stretching and got to lifting. For some reason I feel like I am doing the hack squats wrong

If anyone can offer any advice or guidelines it would be much appreaciated. The bar hits my lower calf and upper hams/lower glutes. I kinda have to not really hold the bar tight I kinda have to curl my fingers and let it rest in the ends of my fingers so it clears everything and then the bar doesnt bump into anything on the way up but I feel like this way must be wrong so I dont know what to do to correct this. Figured I would ask you guys and if anything youtube it. Well anywho I finished my workout and drank a sccop of EAA and hopped in the shower. Got it, dressed, food ready for work, and left. I got to work early and ate my breakfeast. In hindsight I dont think I needed to take the 4:30 pslin and I think I should have had more egg whites with breakfeast to get more protein for the day. Weight this morning was 203lbs.
