Well went to the gym and ****ed **** up! Haha strength is solid...
I was introduced to squat belts and knee wraps. My form is now different from before. Wider stance as I am tall... Duck footed, toes slightly out. Im learning to keep knees out and look up. Breathing as well has changed. Oh and no puss pad on the bar.
So I have never gone this deep in squats before... Suprisingly I squated out 525 for 3 as deep as I can possibly go. I will now be using combat boots for squats.
Squats
Leg and calf press supersets
Hip flexor strength
Leg ext and laying leg curl supersets
And finished it off with seated calf raises

Today was great... How bout them bacon burgers and zesty fries

Yea he recommended I wear flat shoes (my vibrams) for deads and boots for squats. Not sure exactly but cuz they are flat and strong with lots of support and stability. I'll be putting my numb boots to the test. Either my bellville vibram winters or my Converse combats

Nice bro! I miss using straps, really makes a difference whn you are trying to pick up that extremely heavy weight.

Got back (no pun intended) from an intense workout!!!
I'm a deadlifting animal I guess! Vibrams are where its at for that! I ended up pulling 620 :-)
Bout 5 sets deads heavy
Cable rows heavy
One arm Db rows heavy
Alternate bi curls HEAVY!!!! 110s swing if I had to but don't hurt!
Alternate bi curls pretty
Light barbell curls for lactic acid build up

He was tellin me with powerlifters... They have 2 out of 3 that they are really good at... Outta squat, bench and deads...
He said I've got them all and no doubt I will take home gold!
 
I would say you are above average on all the lifts, unlike most who have maybe 1 strong and the other 2 average or below. Can't wait to see your total number.
