There is a costume shop right next to my gym, kinda want to get a new avi today, wonder if ill have time to put on a mask take my shirt off and set up the camera before getting kicked out lol.

Getting pushed like that is awesome bro. I never have anyone around which could do the same for me to break through to an all new level. Variation such as straight powerlifting is gonna get you yoked up even when your not saucin and then when you start pumpin the sauce it's all over people, AB is gonna be straight up robot!!

Really liking Lico at 6 a day! Feels good!
Bombed shoulders today hard... Did the routine he showed me last week... He wasn't in today so I bombed it myself. Strength is up... 525 heavy shrugs for reps of 3-5.
Shoulder feels great as well!

Guaranteed! Another thing I wanted to bring up...
I was at my fathers today and asked him what his strong points were in his prime... He said back, shoulders and bis...
Delts and bis are my weak points... They don't like to grow. His weak points were chest and tris.... My strong points.... Wierd

Ha my son was the same way. Kids still a beast child lol...he'll be 2 in dec. and everyone thinks he's like 3. I was an 11 lb baby though so my wife got lucky lol

Taking the day off.... My new split is
Monday-Legs and Abs
Tuesday-Chest and Tris
Thursday-Back and Bis
Friday-Shoulders, traps and light chest

When in ON it will be 5 days a week

Nice splits. I don't usually dedicate time to biceps and triceps because I figure they do enough work on chest and back days. Been really focusing on shoulders-only workouts to help with my rotator cuff damage. Going to get some Graston treatments so hopefully I can progress with heavier weights and hit 200 without larding up.

I used to do the same way. And still do to an extent. I don't hit bi's and tri's near as hard as some guys. Usually 6-9 sets on chest and back days. Noticed a big difference in my arms from those extra few sets of isolating them.
 
That is very similar to my split except that I have:

ABs/Chest/Tri
Bi/Legs
Off
ABs/Shoulers/Traps
Back

My arms improved as well when I put dedicated time into them.

Its from the WS4SB template. I've done it before with good results and I normally don't stray from it unless I'm trying something for a change of pace.

Wowzers!!! So for me the sweet spot was 6 caps a day!!! I'm also a bigger dude so for the most part everything I take is in higher doses. First effect I noticed was the anti inflammatory effect. My shoulder actually felt normal again. Which made MT training sessions a lot better! For being herbal this product is extremely potent! As time grew on... My puffyness started decreasing... I am looking leaner as well as I can actually see the outline of my Abs again. With how much water I drink I also retain a lot of water which makes me lose definition and makes me look puffy. When I wake up in the A.M. all water is gone and I actually look well defined. Anyways.... This product kept bloat to a minimum. I look harder and kept the same vascularity from being ON. That is definitely a big plus! Gyno was not an issue with this product! Therefore it did exactly what I wanted and what it was intended to do post cycle! All around this product is awesome and I will definitely be using it again... Natty and post cycle! You guys kicked ass!
