Box Squats (11 sets) 405lbs 2 reps sets @ 315lbs rep range of 5-8
BB Step backs (5 sets) 135lbs (basically a lunge) reps of 12
Standing calf extensions (7 sets) 4 sets @ 315lbs 8 reps
Good pump and felt fairly strong. The vascularity continues to be the most noticeable effect as well as an easily attainable sweat.

I've never felt lightheaded, but I can say Need2Slin is the only supplement I've EVER taken that can give me a pump just sitting and watching TV after a good meal. Amazing. The cAMP truly is the difference.

I think the 350lbs fatigued me a bit, but I felt good throughout the workout. I also did another 30 minutes on the treadmill afterwards. As an aside, the chest pump is fantastic.

Felt good to get going again, felt fairly strong and energetic. Pump was good, I am sure my back is going to be stiff as hell tomorrow, which will be a good thing.
Tomorrow is upper chest and tris, so we will see how that goes. No major news to report otherwise
