A little leg day

So I had a decent leg workout today and feel pretty good after. Although my back is still somewhat sore and stiff from Wednesday

Box Squats (11 sets) 405lbs 2 reps sets @ 315lbs rep range of 5-8
BB Step backs (5 sets) 135lbs (basically a lunge) reps of 12
Standing calf extensions (7 sets) 4 sets @ 315lbs 8 reps

Good pump and felt fairly strong. The vascularity continues to be the most noticeable effect as well as an easily attainable sweat.

Wide Grip Chins (4 sets) BW to failure

*Hammer curls (4 sets) 55lbs sets of 8
*BB curls (4 sets) 75-95lbs to failure
1arm preacher (4 sets) 45lbs

Weight was the same this am at 204lbs. Also got in 2 cardio sessions as I keep trying to stick at 200 (probably not meant to be)

Considering the slow decline in weight, my strength is solid and I cant stress enough how crazy the vascularity is.
 
This vascularity you speak of interests me immensely AE...

Bro it's food pumps. This is why I normally don't use NO products (attack being the first one I have used continuously) is because food pumps can be intense as hell! And with need2slin, you pack the good carbs in there and bam... long lasting pumps!
 
Really enjoying the log bro, it always makes me happy when i see people getting results from n2slin

mostly carb dependent tho. I still get pumps now on paleo, but i think its mostly the attack.. no grains etc :(

You know I wouldn't recommend it if it didn't deliver. This does. I took 2 tonight with dinner. My wife cooked up an awesome cheat meal. No bloat, no discomfort at all.

She went all out (which makes me think something is up lol)

Huge roasted chicken
My favorite roasted potatos
Broccolli

I love those damn little potatos.

She also baked a 2 layer vanilla cake with boat loads of icing. So damn good.

I ate like a king, and to boot no stomach issues at all this am :woohoo:

I've never felt lightheaded, but I can say Need2Slin is the only supplement I've EVER taken that can give me a pump just sitting and watching TV after a good meal. Amazing. The cAMP truly is the difference.

lol well i meant not in a bad way... in a all the blood rushed to the muscle im working sort of way... lol:eek5:

Floor press (6 sets) 315lbs 2 reps missed 335
Incline DB press (4 sets) 75lbs sets of 12
Incline db flys (4 sets) 55lbs sets of 8

I think the 350lbs fatigued me a bit, but I felt good throughout the workout. I also did another 30 minutes on the treadmill afterwards. As an aside, the chest pump is fantastic.

Modified shoulder workout, not nearly what I typically do but have been very busy with meetings and the like, so time has not been on my side today

BTN Press (5 sets) 3 sets at 155lbs 8 reps
Side laterals (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 8
Rear laterals (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 8
BB upright rows (4 sets) 95-115lbs to failure

Not a great workout by any means as I was tired and rushed when I got home. My hope is that I will be more relaxed for Wednesday since I do not lift on Tuesdays

I love Wednesdays. I had a nice break from lifting yesterday, then back full throttle today with a deads focus

Deads (10 sets) 3 sets @ 405lbs 4-3-3 reps(also on rep 4, I let out a monster gas which was heard in the next room in the basement) :)
TBar (5 sets) 4 35's 2 25's sets of 8-10
DB Rows (5 sets) 75lbs sets of 10-11

Felt good to get going again, felt fairly strong and energetic. Pump was good, I am sure my back is going to be stiff as hell tomorrow, which will be a good thing.

Tomorrow is upper chest and tris, so we will see how that goes. No major news to report otherwise

Incline BP (9 sets) 2 sets at 275 5 reps per
Flat BP (7 sets) 2 sets at 315lbs only 2 reps per :(
Incline flys (4 sets) 55lbs to failure

CG BP (5 sets) sets @ 225lbs sets of 8-10
2arm db extensions (4 sets) 75lbs sets of 12-15

My tris are going to be aching tomorrow. I was a tad rushed, but I was able to get a solid pump out of this and maintained some decent food energy. I will do a weigh in saturday morning, however I am not expecting too much. As I sit and type, there are veins protruding out of my arms right now :)

I am logging it as well and I think I can actually feel it. I have never felt a GDS before and even don't feel hypo from IGF1.
 
sorry for the delayed updates. I am nursing a slight back pull the affected my leg workout yesterday. However I will update with Friday legs and Saturday back/bis this afternoon
 
Ok, its been a hectic day and coupled with a slight strain and spasm in my right rhomboid, it has been a hassle

So I ran this am, then did my normal sat. weigh in.....202lbs :jaw:

So yesterday I hit a brief leg workout till the spasm him. Roughly 8 sets of bench squats toping out at sets of 315lbs.

Since today was back and bi's I didnt want to get too crazy. However, the spasm reared its ugly head of course

Wide chins (5 sets) bw sets of 8
Rack pulls (7 sets) 1 set @495lbs 2 easy reps and spasm

Stopped back at this point and went to bi's

Hammer curls (4 sets) 50-55lbs sets of 9
Standing alternating curls (4 sets) 40lbs sets of 8-10

I stopped for the day at this point, as my back was very stiff. Didnt have much fn after as I was stuck on a ladder taking down a satllite dish :aargh:

I hate homeowners associations.
 
LOL at HOA... they are such b*tchs. We have gravel right next to our driveway and they won't let us cement it. I don't get them.

no major diet changes at all, in fact eating more as I am always hungry. Go figure

They fined me $100 for having my deck stained the wrong color, which they approved. They also fined me for having my garbage out too early the night before pickup. So I asked them....what time can I take it out? They responded with dusk. Which is not a friggin time. So I bought so spray paint and painted my can with the word dusk and a ?

We have over $400 in fines, unreal
 
Hahaha classic. Typical of them. They are maggots man they really get on my nerve sometimes.

I rent in an area with stuckup garbage men.

If they don't like your trash they leave it.

One time they thought there was too much recyclable stuff in the trash bags (not sure how they determined this) and the town gave us a $500 fine, no warning.
