A true Revolution

On a cut probably WPI if money was tight, no need to spend extra on BCAA's in that situation otherwise I don't think it matters too much. I would still probably opt for the WPI if not doing fasting.

Looking for options for a nil lactose WPI.
Some have thermogenics like green tea, carnitine, HCA etc in them. Wondering if the thermo protein is worth it or just a regular WPI shake with Nil lactose

Luke,

What protein you recommend for lactose free WPI?

Try hydro iso by next generation. It's a bit pricey but their stuff is tested by independent labs so what they say is in there is actually in there lol. Also it mixes up ok and tastes pretty good. Used to for years until I moved to Mackay and ASN doesn't stock it.

Last week coming up. So sad...
Training has been great, sleep is mediocre, maintained weight.

Will upload some pics in couple of days.

Highly recommended this stack for a recomp and lean bulk more than a cut. DAA would seem more benifical with a calorie surplus

Your hard work and dedication continues to inspire every day :)

Nice work and I agree with them that you should get a protein for protein. Look at Iso-ology by TruNutrition Sciences Invalid Link Removed has both ISO and added leucine. Solid company as well.

Thanks Chris.
Gonna look into it

I have always wanted to try this company but you get killed on shipping when you order bulk products from the states....so the best I can do is myofusion....

There may be some supplier in Aus so ill do some snooping around.

Sleep last night, when I fell asleep (bout 7hours)was so bloody good. Woke up slightly groggy. Was awesome. Best sleep in a while. After 6ish weeks, everything has kicked in and enjoying it soooooo much.

Training was great just now, and heading home with Mrs for grass fed steak, and veggies and berries.

Sprints tomorrow at 85%. Bf and weight retested with pics for final review next Thursday/Friday night.

Looking for solid results....

Nice gotta love sprints!

Am interstate watching younger brother play for a spot in the under 19s Aussie team for cricket.

Took my stuff in my carry on baggage for flying and got stopped and searched BUT......made it through. Luckily.

Training has been good. Unilateral training for explosiveness and correcting some postural issues.

Sleep was shat last night. Its 43 degrees celcius here.

Steamin it up. Sweat just walking up main drag to the supermarket.

I have found rockstar sugar free gluten free drinks here and they have natural flavouring...they are a GODSEND. 100mg caffiene, 1g taurine. Stops me cramping which is awsome.

Had some cheese cake topping which is gluten free last night and shag it out...waking up dry and ready to go though...

Other than that, strength is sustained while calorie restricted.

LG works while not playing sport but during sport season I need to eat every 3 hours at least.

Like the heat.

Thermogenic. To make it worse, I'm eating hot salsa and Peru peri chili sauce on grilled chicken and veggies lol

Your lucky you only get that sort of heat during a heat wave. Out in the mines in CQ its over 40 pretty much all summer. That's why I hate the heat lol.

Wow that thing looks like it would be enjoyable. It also looks exactly like you described it. Funny we eat hot azz chili during the summer in Texas too. Although 109 is not that common. We had one year that he stayed between 108-113 the first 3 weeks of SEPTEMBER! Yeah it was supposed to be starting to cool down then.

what are you gonna do, hold it and go back to sleep?
when you gotta go, you gotta go..perfectly fine bro. :)

Thought a 2am wake up piddle was liver issues.

The liver protection properties in PCT Black is great. Keeping me regular and dry with the arimistane. Its 34 degrees celcius or 93.2 d faren here at home. I'm cooking, sweating on my back just sitting here reading.

Start back at work Monday coming, then law school starts back start of March.
