I'm glad my mojo is crazy...the gf doesn't complain...although she condones my "bad" behaviour - sorry dear :)

i'm getting over chest infection...throat is still mildly sore, but cough is gone and good to train tomorrow. Missed two days...Not happy. Did give me time to reflect and get ready though so it wasn't all bad.

Looking forward to the new log that is upcoming. I will paste the log info in here and continue the path to athletic perfection there.

Finaflex are at it again...can't wait to smash it...

Will continue this log until then so i'll drop some training info in here and my daily thoughts...any thing you wanna ask or know, send me a pm :)

Yeah everything is getting reformulated it seems. I kinda don't want a reformed G8 though. I love that stuff. Guess I'm one of those people when something is great I'm afraid of change fearing that it won't be as good.

Same here, funny it does not make me tired but once I fall asleep I'm out. Funny thing is I always wake up about 3 minutes before my 5am alarm. This morning that did not happen and my alarm scared the sh!t out of me lol.

toying with the idea myself..don't eat a whole lot of it as it is, but lots of intriguing factors involved in total elimination
and hey - look what it did for djokovic, is what he credits for taking his game to new level

well today i was 95% paleo.

I had these gluten free low carb, no artifical protein cookies, gluten free as my post dinner pre-cricket snack (1.5 hours of batting with 25mins of sprints).
Burning bandwidth. drenched in sweat. Also trained this morning.

today was Bench strength day-
3 sets 5 reps B/Press (powerlift style)- 82kg @ 82% 1RM
