Run it as soon as it gets here. I get my money back for logging it but I have to start my log within 2 days of getting it.

IGH1 and GHenerate are a great stack together. I ran it for 2 months with great results. I have since gone back to just GHenerate (financial), but if I had the choice I would run both.
 
ok ok - shake me and i'll rattle! gonna need a diary and a calculator just to work out diary and dosing protocols for everything... ordered IGH-1 now.

the nice young lady on the phone asked me if there was something "strange" going on, since she's never had someone order sooo much LG stuff in one order! I have been told I may even have to provide proof of address! you can't make weapons with this stuff, can you....

now patiently waiting for either my next customer interrogation OR products to arrive, wonder which one is more likely?

Ok first of all today was a ruff day. First I worked this morning so I didn't get a full night sleep. But it was nice to make some money. First day in 6 weeks. So I busted but at shop all day. I was beat when I got home ate a crappy supper which made me feel like crap. I feel to sleep on the couch woke up and decided to workout at home. agreed on that one. I don't think they are best used for back either. Don't want to focus on the arms when pulling and worrying about losing the grip. Just want the focus on the back

I put in my order Mar 17 Then I found out that it wasn't going to be mailed until the 1st now it is the 14th what are they doing walking it over to me.
