Couldn't agree more. I have had a brief conversation with him via email and the way he conducts himself in emails as well as on this forum is outstanding.

I can genuinely say that I have never dealt with an owner of a supplement company who has been so humble and customer service orientated.

You only have to look at the thread on 'favourite supplement companies' to see how important the personal touch is. Mike leads the field with this from what I have seen.

These things happen and these things are also what may define a Company and their staff. The handling of this will be one of those times that will define AI as one of the best and top notch companies out there. I've been a fan for years, not only because of their quality products, but because of their customer care is superb.

Yah I love it when I see this kind of stuff get resolved the way it should. Many examples of this and I always know that I can escalate any problem and it will be taken care of...
