I woke up at my normal 3am, but I still felt tired and a little run down, so I rolled over and slept till 5am.

Notes; I felt tired and run down today, so I got a little extra sleep and ate some extra calories, hopefully I will wake up tomorrow feeling a little better and maybe refreshed. My blood Platelet have dropped even lower and I am afraid I my have to stop training. I have notice bruising in some of the muscles I've been working. Basically they are leaking blood under my skin.
(When you have a low platelet count, you may have trouble stopping bleeding. Bleeding can happen inside your body, underneath your skin, or from the surface of your skin. You may not have serious bleeding until your platelet count is very low)
This is a pretty good read on increasing platelet count naturally. Decent list of foods, and the vitamins and nutrients they are rich in, and how they help.

Ahh yeah, I figured as clean as you eat, and with your supplements you probably did have those foods covered. I didn’t think about the Chemo killing off platelets, but that makes sense with how those drugs work. Well hopefully the Chemo will keep going good and you’ll be in remission quicker than they think.I pretty much do this, however the Chemo does a really good job of killing my platelets off too !!

when do you get checked again?I just got done with my weekly Dr. Visit, the good news is my WBC drop by 50 to 128, the bad news is my Platelets have fallen to 40. The Dr. and I had an agreement as long as my platelets are above 50 I can lift so no more lifting for awhile. I can still take a walk daily.
