Yep, this is me too. As long as it is not too cold out I will go. I don't even mind if it is over 90 degrees outside, I will go out in 100 degrees just take extra water.I go for walks as my main form of cardio when the weather gets nicer . Especially after a stressful work day , going for an hour walk or so in the woods by my work always clears my head and refreshes me like a good workout .
