I had not thought about the water retention being caused by the steroids', but my ankles are very swollen !!

Thank you for the kind words, just thinking about things and I have been lifting and trying to eat right consistently for 40 years, it has become a way of life and part of who I am. I am happy with who I am and don't plan on changing my habits

Not that I would trust. A lot of the Amazon brands were very iffy on quality even before things happened with NMN; I couldn't honestly say there was any that I trusted to begin with but especially not now. The brands that I would have been most likely to trust, the prices were always much higher - which made sense though bc they were actually in line with what real NMN pricing would have looked like.

Better through Biology has NAD+ (their Hebe product) for about $2/ml, at 100mg/ml concentration if that is of any interest to you, along with lypholyzed gluthione. I’ve heard their carn/choline is solid. There are discount codes out there too.

I woke up at my normal 3am, but I still felt tired and a little run down, so I rolled over and slept till 5am.

Notes; I felt tired and run down today, so I got a little extra sleep and ate some extra calories, hopefully I will wake up tomorrow feeling a little better and maybe refreshed. My blood Platelet have dropped even lower and I am afraid I my have to stop training. I have notice bruising in some of the muscles I've been working. Basically they are leaking blood under my skin.

Hate to hear that, but you will be able to return to training once healed enough. You got this.

I pretty much do this, however the Chemo does a really good job of killing my platelets off too !!

Ahh yeah, I figured as clean as you eat, and with your supplements you probably did have those foods covered. I didn’t think about the Chemo killing off platelets, but that makes sense with how those drugs work. Well hopefully the Chemo will keep going good and you’ll be in remission quicker than they think.🙏

I keep track until dinner, a small group of us went out to a new Smokehouse, I ate pretty good and stayed on track except for the order of Fresh Cut Shoe String Fries I had, I got a half a rack of Ribs, they were lean and very tasty !!

Notes; This workout today was right in line with what I think I should be doing, I did not let it get heavy and I stop about 5 reps shy of failure.

Agreed, and yeah, I love well cooked ribs. Especially a very well cooked dry rub. If it doesn't even need the BBQ sauce it is done right! If not then you add it.

Chemo from 8am till noon. I was very tired all day I went in to work did some paper work, other than that I pretty much relaxed the rest of the day. I did not track nutrition but it was on track.

Worked out in the yard most of the afternoon, and than my youngest daughter and her husband came over for some Burgers on the grille.
 
I just got done with my weekly Dr. Visit, the good news is my WBC drop by 50 to 128, the bad news is my Platelets have fallen to 40. The Dr. and I had an agreement as long as my platelets are above 50 I can lift so no more lifting for awhile. I can still take a walk daily.

(I got that 'dehydrated' feeling through my session) so I've cut back to taking 1 at wake up with my epiandrolean and then another 1 of each prewo

when do you get checked again?
 
I have Blood Test every Monday and Thursday. I meet with the Dr. every Monday. If it drops more they are talking about a Platelet / Blood transfusion.
 
That’s great the WBC continues to drop, and it’s come way down since they started, so that’s awesome. I hate to hear the Platelets dropped as well, but the good thing is when they are able to stop Chemo your Platelet count should return to normal pretty quickly with how good you eat.👍🙏💪

There is nothing about Phosphatidic Acid XT that would dehydrate you, so I think that's a coincidence. It's just simply not in the realm of how any of the ingredients in the formula work for it to have that affect on someone.

You really will shortchange yourself with results on Phosphatidic Acid if you don't take the full amount per day. A lot of people actually front load it and double the dose for the first couple of weeks to get it built up in your system. You don't need to do that, but I think you're really hindering your results by not taking the correct daily dose. Of course, that's ultimately up to you - but I know you're really focused on strength gains and it works great for strength gains, but proper dosing is important.

The most common dosing protocols are 2 in the morning and 2 pre-workout or 2 pre-workout and 2 post-workout but the most important thing is consistent daily dosing.
