I didn't keep track, but I did do a pretty good job
Notes; For some reason my workout felt awesome this morning, I was in the groove breathing heavy and feeling good. I think just working both sides of my body made it special. After the workout and a shower I made the about one hour drive to the Hershey Penn State Medical Center for some more blood work and a infusion to flush some nasty stuff out of my liver and spleen. I got home took a short nap (felt really good) than the wife and I went out to eat with family and friends to a little Himalayan Restaurant.
My daughter butchered pigs last weekend, she brought me some fresh Chorizo and a dozen eggs, so I made a Sausage Scramble for lunch!! It does not get much better than fresh from the farm!!
