Notes; The newest drug they have me on, one of the side effects is Trouble Sleeping so I only got about 2 hours of sleep and the was with taking a Unisom, so after only to hours of sleep Leg Day had to wait. I did send the Doctor a message and ask for a script for something stronger, we will see how that goes ???

Not getting a good nights sleep always sucks. I have trouble falling asleep in general plus kids which equates for many nights where I don't get ideal sleep :(

I generally need about 6-7 hours a night to be at my best. When I was younger it was 3-4.

I hope I look this amazing when I get older. This right here will keep me motivated to continue to workout as I get older! You look better than most 20 year olds who go to the gym everyday of the week.

They may have to give you Ambien, at least temporarily.

I didn't keep track, but I did do a pretty good job

Notes; For some reason my workout felt awesome this morning, I was in the groove breathing heavy and feeling good. I think just working both sides of my body made it special. After the workout and a shower I made the about one hour drive to the Hershey Penn State Medical Center for some more blood work and a infusion to flush some nasty stuff out of my liver and spleen. I got home took a short nap (felt really good) than the wife and I went out to eat with family and friends to a little Himalayan Restaurant.

My daughter butchered pigs last weekend, she brought me some fresh Chorizo and a dozen eggs, so I made a Sausage Scramble for lunch!! It does not get much better than fresh from the farm!!

Glad you was able to get you a good workout in. Man you got that right about farm fresh food. My Dad was raised on a farm, and when he retired from General Motors he went back and got the farm going again. Cows, Hogs, Chickens, fresh vegetables. I would go over and get fresh milk, butter, eggs, and Pork or Beef when he slaughtered a steer or hog. That farm fresh food and milk taste way better than store bought, it doesn’t even compare, but I will say he worked way harder keeping the farm going than the 35 years at GM, but he loved every minute, and was very happy when he passed away at 85. Something very healthy about that fresh food, because my Grandma, his mother, lived to be 100, and didn’t need glasses until she was in her 80s.

3-4 I get headaches from lack of sleep and don't function as well. 6-7 is definitely the sweet spot. Not too much and not too little.

The family farmer's do it because they love it. My daughter and her husband both work full time jobs and before and after work every are farm chores. I am just grateful they are happy !

I’ve been putting it off because nobody on the street has pulled the trigger yet, but the grass is looking plump & green - it’s getting about that time to fire the mower up!

How are you enjoying that Pump Addict Hardcore? I have been doing 1 scoop before fasted cardio on off days and it’s really perfect for it. I also found if I salt it a little and use 8oz cold water the Candy Explosion flavor is great.

I haven't been training quite as hard as I normally do, but I am finding one scoop of Muscles Additions Pump Addict Hardcore is perfect for me. I am really looking forward to trying a two scoop dose when I can really get into it!

Like I had stated I have been using it at one scoop and it really gets the job done !! With the one scoop protocol you get 40 servings per tub. Pretty good deal !!

I haven't been sleeping very well since they put me on this latest round of heavy duty steroids' but I did get a script for some Ativan so I hope that will help. Both are great, I can honestly say pump addict might be my favorite preWO since jack3d and when I first discovered noxplode.

As far as sleep goes I feel like trash in the morning with less than 7! We usually are in bed 8hrs before the alarm.

Yeah man I’m sure it’s very frustrating. That’s one of the things with health care, especially specialists, they give you an appointment sometimes months out, and if you can’t make it the wait is even longer, it’s like a court order to get in, but when they can’t make your appointment they have no problem changing it, and all of a sudden a date magically appears.
Sorry about that brother, hopefully they get the meds that’s needed and can reschedule quickly.

I'm so sorry to hear that. The 'hurry up and wait' thing is so frustrating to begin with, but especially when dealing with serious health issues like what you're facing.
 
They are very happy with the progress I have made, my WBC is down from 410 to 115, and the plan is to start the next treatment on this Friday. I feel like a hamster on a wheel. A good nights sleep and I think tomorrow will be a better day !!

Any possibility that this wbc is on par with even say a year ago or longer since technically you've carried this thing for like 30 years? Do you have any bad symptoms at the moment?

I'd say you're perfectly entitled to some stress eating. Heck, I took stress eating to a whole different level for dang near a whole year after my accident - with all you're going through, eat whatever makes you feel better. It's actually made me smile to see the times you have let yourself indulge here lately.
