I have a higher metabolism. I'm at about 2600-2800 right now and maintaining. I'd probably need about 3000 or more for a steady gain.

If you could maintain on 2600-2800 you would want 3200-3600 a day with your ghrelin / hunger profile. At least this way you are a cheap date! Imagine your food bill at todays prices if you needed 25% more just to maintain.

With this logic, hopefully inflation puts all the fatties on a 500 cal deficit lol

Awesome! I've seen those but I can never justify getting one with the quantity of power outages we have which is not that many. If I was worried about a server or something staying online then I would definitely get one.

Awesome deal! As a reminder to those without, here in Houston where houses are poorly insulated it got freezing n the houses with the big freezes and outages. We found setting up a tent in the living room where we hung out stored our body heat and stayed much warmer than the rest of the house. Probably not that big of a deal up north where houses are built for cold but it definitely works!

Notes; Nutrition was good today, I have been right on track with it the last 5 days. Todays work out was great, I mixed it up and saved the presses for last and I really got a nice pump out of them with out going real heavy. I watched a video by Jim Stoppani on Up Rite Rows and gave it a try. I could definitely feel them in my delts !! Just need to work on keeping my nutrition on track............ I even turned down Taco's today (Personal Victory)

That’s a lot of reps on the Shoulder Press machine after all that volume…..I bet you did get a good pump after all that.

I am really trying to get rid of these "Love Handles"
I have a really small waist and that makes me look fatter around the midsection than I am, even when I'm lean.

The best thing that I've ever used for love handles and putting the finishing touches on abdominal fat is XPG's Ab-Solved.

You, and some of the long time forum members may remember the original Ab-Solved by Avant as the the creation of Par Deus, the owner of Avant Labs back in the good old days. XPG's Ab-Solved is the modern day improved version of that.

Keep at it, also you might just have really well developed obliques that stick out a bit. Mine stuck out over my hip bones even when I was supposedly sub 5% and striated.

That is part of the problem but I can definitely feel to much fat right there.

My current goal is to get leaner, back in 2018 @MrKleen73 did a contest around this time I remember myself @SHORSE @jtmass @Hyde @BOSSMAN and several others joined in. I got down to 175lbs and had to put a new hole in my belt, so my current goal is to get my waist down to were I can used that hole comfortably, the weight I am not to concerned about.

I would consider cutting back the DHEA supplementation and add Pregnenolone. Preg will also convert to some DHEA, and estrogen and progesterone (good news for joints) and testosterone, so you might be able to stop all DHEA supplementation.

I am not taking any DHEA when I was it was 915, I just started taking a Pregnenolone (50mg) supplement about a month before these bloods, I think I will double up on it.

Why is the E2 that low at that high Test? Like Hyde said, if you bring it back up, there is a lot of benefit to muscle building and healthy levels of E2 is neuro protective too. Are you taking an AI?

Stay on track today until the evening meal, went out to eat at a Bhutanese and Nepalese Buffet, the food was fantastic and I'm sure I excided my allotted calorie count for the day but I still keep things in check. I left full but not stuffed, and I had some great time with family and friends !

Notes; I felt like todays work out was very productive, I really push myself on the shrugs. I told my self each set I needed one more rep, It's only one rep I can get that (even though I raised the weight) I noticed a new Bicep vein today another small victory! Life is Good !!

Semaglutide

I took my first dose of Semaglutide 7 days ago, .25mg, I noticed no negative side effects or had no problems. I really like the Appetite suppression. I have been able to stick to my planned nutrition all week which is usually very hard for me, no binge eating, and I am able to walk past the jar of peanut butter without diving in head first! I will stay at this dose (.25mg) for four weeks and than bump it up to .5mg. I do not plan on going over 1mg a week, even though the prescribe final dose is 2.4mg. If you look at the chart below it will show very little advantage in 2.4mh VS 1mg and at the cost of this I believe this is the smart way to go.

I think your estrogen woes will go away on their own once you get your next set of pellets and while they are pretty low for your test levels they are not cratered completely. I do think you will likely feel better once it is elevated. As for your LR3-levels they have actually gone down from your last readings. Just be happy they are towards the top of the healthy range. :)

I can defiantly feel the low E2 in my joints, I am very happy with my IGF-1 !!

I would only bump Pregnenolone maybe 50% tops, 75mg. That’s a big dose of Pregnenolone, and raising it any means estrogen and progesterone will both rise. Between a bit more Pregnenolone and especially leaving the AI out, the joints are sure to get a bit wetter.

Maybe you will need 100 mg of Pregnenolone in the end, but I don’t think doubling it now while also removing the AI is the right move yet.

I spent about and hour cleaning up leaves this morning, it's pretty nice when you can work outside in December in just a t-shirt. I also got the outdoor Christmas decorations up. I don't normally do a workout on Sunday but I did get some Cardio and Core in. I am really trying my best to burn some of this fat and get down to that last notch on my belt. I think I got a pretty good handle on my Training, Nutrition and Supplementation it will all pay off !!
