Did Not Set The Bar Down Between Movements.
BFS Neck Machine 5 Sets, 60 - 32 Reps
Dumb Bell Shrugs 5 Sets, 20 -10 Reps, I Increased The Hold Time By a One Count On Each Set.

Nutrition
I did not keep track of my nutrition today, I worked out side at a few different locations ( I ate protein bars most of the day) than finished the day up at my oldest daughters house for, Steak, Salmon, and Veggies all cooked on the grill.
Notes; I know I do not mixed my workouts up near enough so today I did the muscle groups in a reverse order, and changed all but one of the movements.
