Notes; Very happy with the workout, I mad sure to lather up the Horse Liniment on my knees and ham strings before and after the workout, I believe this really help me mentally because I am not as afraid of getting cramps and it also helps with the mind, muscle connection. This was the second workout with the L-Carnitine (200mg pre-work) I will take 2 days off from it and use it, every other work out next week (Monday, Wed, & Fri.) @Hyde thoughts ? I must also note I was a little worried about what I had read about the PIP with Carnitine, but so far I have had ZERO PIP. My knee's have been feeling really good since I started using Apex Alchemy's Helios 100 Thank you @nostrum420 for a great product. On that not I may give some free weight squats a try next week, I don't think I have done these in at least a year due to my knee's, I think I'm ready !! Everyone have a great week end, I see lots of yard work in my future !!
