Lying Tricep Extensions 2 Sets, 20 & 16 Reps, Last 3 Supersets with close grip bench 12-8. 10-5. 6-6.

Nice! Mine's mainly chicken, eggs, and protein powders. For some reason, I was hungry all day !! When my grandson eats all day my wife says he is going through a grow spurt, I guess I can hope for the same thing!
Notes; Go to any gym in the entire world and you can always find at least one old dude who is more than happy to tell you how much he "used to lift". Sometimes that old dude is me. I haven't squatted heavy in years, my normal squats are 5 sets of 20 with 95lbs for a hundred total reps, or if I use the Power Tech Leverage Squat machine 135lbs, for 5 sets of 20. Today I loaded up the Power Tech with my normal 135lbs banged out 20 reps, it felt light, so I added 20 lbs, 20 more reps, on the 5th set I hit 20 reps with 215lbs (no problem) still hit my 100 reps but with a whole lot more total poundage. I must say it felt pretty darn good!!
