The best I have looked in years was at 175lbs, last year I got down to 170lbs but I looked small, so if I can (and I will) get to 180lbs without loosing any muscle, I think I will be happy. The main goal is the waist.

i try not to check scales any more than twice weekly at most.

kids and grandkids are the redeeming factor in a otherwise crappy time in history, imo.I think the best years are now, seeing my kids grown up and watching my grand kids grow up it does not get much better!!
