180 is very doable!!!

The best I have looked in years was at 175lbs, last year I got down to 170lbs but I looked small, so if I can (and I will) get to 180lbs without loosing any muscle, I think I will be happy. The main goal is the waist.
 
Yeeeaahhhhhh. Looking pretty solid as is. Just a little bit tighter and you'll be killing it. I have a feeling you'll be there in no time :D

Looking good in the update pic! That mid section waist line is always the last to go for me.

Not any change in Libido, Drive in the guym is good.

i've been on many cuts where for a few days the scale doesn't move then a big drop. surprised this hasn't happened to you before?

i try not to check scales any more than twice weekly at most.

It has happened many times before. I have weighted myself every day for most of my life. It's a habbit

Good news is pants fitting loose today, now if I can just eat pretty good over the long weekend.

My lunch today, a salad with a pile of BBQ Shreded Beef with Sugar Free Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce !! YUM !!

Agreed. I still remember people in high school and college telling me these are the best years of your life. It's hard to see if then but looking back I agree now! :ROFLMAO:
 
I think the best years are now, seeing my kids grown up and watching my grand kids grow up it does not get much better!!

kids and grandkids are the redeeming factor in a otherwise crappy time in history, imo.

Nice! You're moving in the right direction still and that's right after the weekend too. I usually see a slight increase in weight regardless haha

It’s the consistency of the deficit where the ground is made or lost! We all know many folks who keep it tight week days and cut loose on the weekend - this is awesome for weight maintenance and life balance, but if you need to trim down sacrifices must be made.

The first weekend is the hardest - nice work Rocket!
