I agree. It was not my intent to attack
all reps -but it may have looked like it. It was directed to those agreeing/defending to wrong food choices -and training methods, yielding no progress over years. By doing so, they made sure to get along with everybody but were of no help to the individual.
Nutrition is the most important factor for all our goals like healing, hypertrophy, weight management.
Currently not using supplements like BCAA's EAA's, Whey. I admit they could be useful if someone has trouble meeting their macros for the day.
So yes, reps can be useful AND honorable.
The whole charade is over now, don't beat the dead horse any longer.
