I just wanted to point out (again) how refreshing this log is. I remember when eating every 2 hours was all the rage..."stoke the fire" for metabolism and all that...
Now we are looking for ways to eat less often...so interesting
Yeah it depends, fasting isn't optimal but it's good enough to build muscle, it's not black and white in other words.. The thing with eating often is to maintain bloodsugar levels. I think there's something to be said about mealtiming still especially during workout. Eaa and some fast carbs (preferably) cluster dextrin since it doesn't spike bloodsugar.
