3-AD; Hank's do over thread.

no, never tried epi or havoc. but since it those are known to be so dry it seems like a logical match.

last i heard AX still didn't have an official release date when retailers were going to be shipping.

maybe a good run later down the road would be 2-3 bottles of 3-ad + 1 bottle of epi.

If you want to run this in the fall, we can do a dual run! I have a bottle of 3-AD on the way and have been sitting on an EPI bottle for about 5 months.

this past week i do feel like i may have dropped a little of the week one bloat.
i am very happy this has helped me gain weight without increasing my waist measurements.

strength:
+ 20lbs on bench
+ 30lbs on squats
+ 20lbs on deads

sides:
increased acne (back/chest/shoulders - but it's light)
excellent mood
increased libido
increased hunger
no noticable hair loss
no noticable nut shrinkage
no rage

i'm getting my freak on for the thrid and final week of 3-ad.
this cycle is going way to fast!
with how i currently feel i would prefer to keep running this for a much longer cycle.
also believe it would stack very well with a drier compound like epi or havoc.

I will have to view your testicles to determine any atrophy.

i just popped 2 caps of 3-ad w/some sesimin oil, fish oil and peanut butter.

imo...this stuff works much better if you take down a lot of fats with it. more fat than you'd like to consume really.

i'm headed to the gym right now! gonna tear that place apart!!!! :aargh:

I've been meaning to ask this. Do you notice any difference in effects (aka pump or more readily noticeable effects) with different types of fat sources? Were you guys recommended to take a certain kind or just fats in general?
 
funny i noticed trauma stating he liked it with lots of carbs too.... methinks a bowl of oatmeal or malt-o-meal with a good deal of butter and a proshake with pb in it would be a great dosing meal.

i don't know if this dosing protocal works better necessarily but i'm hoping to get the maximum amount active hormone into my bloodstream this way.
 
Day 16:

worked legs and arms
didn't have as strong of a workout today.
squats gave me the pukey feeling, then it wouldn't leave for the remainder of my workout.

haven't gained any more weight over the last few days.
holding steady at +5lbs in 2.5 wks so far.

still feel great!
comparing the feeling of 3-ad to the methlys i've run i feel 100times better with this.
i would recommend this over any methly just based on that alone.
 
today's gym sightings:

1. morbidly obese man (like 400+lbs of solid fat) spent 1/2hr on sitting on the curl machine doing curls. he is grosly overweight and doing an isolation excersise on one of the smallest muscles in the body.
lunges or even just walking around would be better for him at his curreny state.
i felt really bad for him actually. obviously he doesn't know what he is doing. probably his doctor told him he needs to work out and lose weight or he will die.
or maybe it was just a pathetic attempt at working out so he could say to his doc, "i've been working out and eating better and it's not working - give me the gastric bypass".

2. i seriously couldn’t stop staring at this one chick at my gym. she was wearing the standard "please guys look at me outfit" which consisted of a spandex shorts and a sports bra. and of course she had to do her entire workout in the free weight area and made a point to move around frequently so everyone got a fair look. i was so focused on her i could tell you how many sets of each excersise she did and i could even recite the weight she used for each move. the sad part is i can’t even remember which muscles i was supposed to be working. i lost track of which set i was on and seemed very confused by my workout.

the highlight was when she did her sets of lower back extensions on that contraption where you are bent over it with your head hanging down toward the floor. when she raised her head up on each rep she could see me staring with my mouth wide open. most stares you quickly look away when you get caught…..but not this stare. i just kept gazing in awe. i seriously wanted to wreck house on that!

We called that thing the roman chair at my school. There was this one girl who used to use it all the time, same reason I'm sure. Naturally we had the same gawk going on back then too. My gym needs a roman chair...

Spanky good 2 week review, and yea we are almost done. I really did not get much thus far....only strength, but that will not last upon stopping the compound. Squad up
 
It's a pretty great day when those ladies ask you to spot them on the bench.

It's like they're giving you a free pass to stare down into some cleavage for a good length of time.
 
UGH!!! The last girl that asked me to spot her on bench had probably 14.5 inch arms and was benching 180. Yikes.

20g of fats is the recommendation.
 
I wonder if i should raise my fat intake around my methyl masterdrol v2 as well, since it also has androsterone in it.
 
i usually take it inbetween 2 handfuls of peanuts.

take one handful, then the 3-ad then the handful.

yeah, i guess i'm probably getting around 20g of fat when i dose my 3-ad.

i usually pop two fish oil caps, some sesimin oil and then a couple handfuls of peanuts.
i usually consume the fat first then the 3-ad a few minutes later.
 
Day 17:

worked chest and tris

strength was equal to my last chest work-out.
body weight is up another 1lb. so a total of +6lbs on this cycle.

i bumped into someone i haven't seen in a few months and he thought i looked huge. well, big for me anyway. lol.
he couldn't stop talking about it.
i told him i'm weighing in at 185 and he couldn't believe it.
he said he would have guessed closer to 200.
that makes me feel good!

i would have never put on these last 6lbs this leanly without some help. thank you 3-ad!

everything else is the same. still feeling good.
 
or a tail? I need something exciting to convince me to buy a bottle of this to run at the end of the methyl masterdrol v2. :)

this would be wise to do around the dosing time of ANY unmethylated hormone. :thumbsup:

Methylated ones on the other hand would typicaly be best taken on an empty stomach or with something thats benificial for a specific compound, ie carbs and SD/creatine and anavar.
