Day 21:
went to dead lifts. i usually do 315lb x 10 for my work sets.
this time i did 365 x 10. it was brutal but i forced myself to do it. my grip was starting to fail by the 10th rep. after my deads i was worked! felt sick, dizzy, and couldn't do much for 10 minutes.

worked back and bis last night
insane intensity this workout!!! :aargh:
i went all out!
started with weighted pull-ups but reduced the amt of rest i usually take between sets. got a nice pump started.
went to dead lifts. i usually do 315lb x 10 for my work sets.
this time i did 365 x 10. it was brutal but i forced myself to do it. my grip was starting to fail by the 10th rep. after my deads i was worked! felt sick, dizzy, and couldn't do much for 10 minutes.
then once i recovered a little i finished my workout.
i'm super sore today!
total weight gain is holding steady at +6lbs.
lately i feel i look a little filled in and puffy.
maybe it's all in my head because everyone else keeps telling me how big and defined i look.
today is my last day of 3-ad. :sad:
going to get blood drawn either monday or tuesday. but this through our local health-fair so the results take up to 3-weeks to get back.
i'll do a big final write up with pics this week.
