3-ad confusion?

I just received my bottle today and I was hoping for more literature in the box about a question I had.

I've been seeing that it is recommended you take 3-ad with 15g of FAT?!?! Is that true? At three doses a day that is a lot of fat. What am I missing here?

How is that a lot of fat?. Why are you scared of fat?.

Fats aid in the absorption of the product, to maximize the effects stick with 15-20g of healthy fat a dose. For most that will be about half a days worth of fat so just adjust your diet accordingly.
 
I am not "worried" per se. I am wondering if there is a reason to it. Does you body need that extra fat in the stomach to better process the 3-ad? Can I take it w/o the fat or will that hurt me. These are my questions....for now.

Post above helps. It just SOUNDED like alot of fat. I wasn't sure if I was going to have to pound a Big Mac every dose. :)

What's the best way to accomplish this fat intake?
 
olive oil, hard boiled eggs, coconut oil, macadamion nut oil, etc. If you want a pretty good tasting fat that is easy to make and has a good profile take coconut oil and warm it up into a liquid then mix 1/4 olive oil for every 3/4 coconut oil and add some cinnamon and splenda. Let it cool and then take a heaping tablespoon with one of your 3-ad doses.
 
2-androstenol needs fats to dissolve into in order to get into your system. It doesn't dissolve well, so a large amount of fat is needed.

You should only need to dose 3-AD twice daily. The recommended dose is 2 caps twice per day. (spaced about 8 hours apart)
Common sources for fat are a handful of almonds, a tbs or so of peanut butter, or about half an avocado. Salmon and (of course) steak are also great choices.

lol - sorry it took so long to get such a simple answer to ya!!

Some things are water soluble, while others are fat soluble. Vitamins are also this way. As long as you are eating a balanced diet, the timing of 3-AD with fatty meals should be of great issue. It's a lot easier than it sounds. And atleast for me, it gives me an excuse to eat my peanut butter right from the jar with a spoon and not get yelled at for it!!! HA!!! :head:
 
Would one peanut butter sandwich cover the fat do you think?

Ironically, I'm going to reply to this post with a spoon hanging out of my mouth as I suck the last bit of PB off of it from taking my own dose of 3-AD!!! :lol: That's just funny, I don't care who ya are! :rofl:

Anywho...YUP!! That should do you nicely. Most of us prefer the "natural" PB varieties - a bit better for you. Right now, I'm stocked up on Skippy Natty PB - SuperChunk, cause creamy is for girls. ;) Here's the relavant info from the jar:

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp (32g)
Servings per Container: 13
Calories: 180
Cals from Fat: 150
Total Fat: 17g
Saturated Fat: 3.5g
Trans Fat: 0g
Protein: 7g
Carbs: 6g

With that in mind, 2-3 Tbsp (tablespoons, or a heaping regular-sized spoon) will definitely suffice. My first 3-AD dose doesn't coincide with a carb meal, so I do one of the following:

1. Shake (3 scoops) and PB (2 spoons)
2. Can of tuna on halved avacado

I alternate because I like variety. Avacados are also an excellent source of healthy fats (half of one has enough for 3-AD, but they rot fast when cut, so I just eat the whole thing). Fish is also good. A handful of almonds is nice, too. Those are all pretty healthy options for ya. If you're not too worried about eating that clean, about 1/4 of a BigMac will do the trick! Or, a good ol' grilled steak at home is plenty. :D

tool it good fats not trans fats like mcdonalds, you need good fats in body to perform well in physical or mentals tasks regardless
 
1 Tablespoon of flax oil, or a couple T's of natty peanut butter, or a handful of almonds will do the trick for you. All good sources of fat!
 
I use peanuts as filler munchies between meals... that and natural peanut butter.

The peanuts I have are planters Dry roasted.... one serving is 14G of fat.... So a handfull of nuts would do you good....(God please no one make a joke about that)
