The challenge was for you to get to 5.5% or lower to get a 2 lb package of my homemade deer jerky. If you didn't, I got 2 bottles of 1-Andro. ( I made the last part up! Lol!)

Was their a time-limit to when I had to get to 5.5% or lower, because I will not be that low by Halloween, but I will definitely be that low, Hell, I better be lower by December 1st, at least below 5%!

hey, al...since you were away and busy and didn't get a chance to see my review of the samples you sent.........damn, the g8 before bed and the pro xanthine upon waking is a killer combo. might be a good idea to see if nutra could run a package deal. focus and clarity were as good as it gets.

- This was a very intense workout and very fast, I completed this entire workout in 50 minutes. I then went and did my Sauna... Pool sessions! This time while in the pool I decided to try out some of those pool weights and did under-water exercises while I was cooling off from the Sauna, really worked up a good full-body pump, I'm definitely gonna continue to do that, me-likey!

Diet:
Meal 1 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water (pre-workout)
Meal 2 - 6 egg whites/1 yoke (post-workout)
Meal 3 - 8oz of Baked Chicken & 1 can of Spinach
Meal 4 - 2 cans of tuna in water & 1 can of Spinach
Meal 5 - 2 scoops of whey protein in water (pre-sleep)

OK... so I am very pleased with my progress and all, but Damn I still gotta get off that last little bit that surrounds my lower waist-line, I know it is the hardest place to get rid of it, and the last place to go, but Damn...Damn...Damn, it must be gone by Halloween!!! I have exactly 17 days until Halloween, the Halloween Party/Costume contest is on Saturday October 29th!

Damn Al you look GREAT! Keep the diet clean then playing water games to peak the night of and you are gonna look ridiculously impressive. Already looking like a complete stud anything from here on out is just polish. I may even have to chase you down on my cuts soon. I had a bad couple of weeks... Some dietary abuse and life getting in the way has smoothed me out a bit. Your pics are motivating me to get my lean on.

- OK, so I was late getting to the gym and literally had one hour to do that entire workout and shower & let me just say that I do not stink, LoL, so I finished that workout in a break-neck speed of 45mins got my shower in and into work on time! I was breathing so heavy and was so pumped, it was actually kind of awesome to do that workout like that, I am going to continue to speed up my workouts whenever and wherever I can, energy is getting low, weights are going down, reps are going up, time to speed that $hit up and burn the Fugg out of some Fat! Final Countdown, 16 days and counting!

Diet: (Carb-Day)
Meal 1 - 3/4 cup oatmeal & 2 scoops of whey protein
Meal 2 - 6 egg whites/no yokes & 1 oatmeal raisin protein cookie
Meal 3 - 8oz Chicken Breast & 1 can of spinach
Meal 4 - 2 scoops whey protein in water
Meal 5 - 1 Rotisseri Chicken from Walmart (no fat or skin obviously)

Monday = Compound Leg Lifting & Calves; Tuesday = Shoulders, Traps, & Abs; Wednesday = Back & Calves; Thursday = Chest & Abs; Friday = Isolation Leg lifting & Calves; Saturday = Biceps, Triceps, & Abs. The next week, the week before, will be the same as the previous, but no compound Leg Lifting Day, making Friday my arm day and giving me Saturday, the Day/Night of completely off and rest... That is the Plan with my workout! Starting on Monday 24th, I will be taking 4 Expels 3x's daily, every 8hrs through the day/night of Halloween party, also starting on Monday, I will switch my 2+ gallons/day of water over to distilled water to further rob my body of water retaining salt, as well as cut out all extra/added salt, hot-sauce and or seasonings to my foods. Carb-Cycling, well I have already started that on Monday of this week and I will continue that til the day of! Well that is the plan in a nut-shell, I think I covered all my bases!

That sounds MEAN! I'd probably die doing that kind of training... I'm doing 3 per weekers with all compound movements and no isolation and i'm barely making progress... Perhaps... Im getting too old and battered... at the ripe age of 27.... You killing it scotty!! Maybe I just need some "help" ;)

They are not home-made, but they are delicious, I will send you the exact name and all the stats (amount of cals, protein, carbs, & fat, etc.) and a picture of the cookie in the package in a few hours when I get to the Nutrition Store, definitely the best tasting protein cookie I have ever had... Oatmeal Raisin cookie covered in Vanilla Yogurt, soft and chewy, what's not to love, hey it was my carb day and I wanted to enjoy those carbs, LoL!

I don't know exactly what I plan to do the day of, I know this isn't the norm, but I had great success last year by not eating all day the day of, drinking very little water, less than 1/4 gal, really just sipping if I had to, and then about 1hr before I go, or on my way out really stopping by an Ihop and eating a huge stack of choc. chip pancakes with syrup, as well as an N.O. IGNITE & CELL SHOCK drink in 12 oz. distilled water to just totally fill those depleted muscles, kept me full and pumped all night last year and I will be carrying around that damn hammer keeping my muscles pumped and flexed all night, the sugar will give me instant energy and the energy from the N.O. IGNITE & CELL SHOCK, what do you think? I mean it isn't a bodybuilding competition, so being leaner, but a little flat to me is better than pumped but a little soft, your average person is more impressed with how ripped someone is in my opinion, but honestly I'm hoping to be lean enough where it really won't matter and I think by dehydrating by drinking the distilled water and taking the Expel, I'll at least look 1% leaner than I am or close to it!

- FYI... This LA Fitness Location did not have the Hip ABduction & ADduction machines :( I like those machines, girly machines or not, they help with my stabilizers, which is what I think allows me to lift as heavy as I do when I do my heavy Leg Presses & Hack Squats!

- Another fast workout, I got it all done in 45mins, saw some guys playing racquetball and I had the time, they had an extra racquet, and I played 1hr of racquetball, whew, my legs were burning on that court, my heart was pounding, and my shirt looked just as drenched as if I jumped into a pool with it on, one hell of a workout and FUN as HELL!!!

Diet:

Well, I would add in 2-3 table spoons honey, 1 king size snickers, & 25 grams of oats about an 60-90 miutes before that meal and you will REALLY be surprised with what you have going on after the stack of pankakes. You will be telling you insulin to send out a big spike the next time ayou eat with that earlier meal so when you do hit the pancakes your body will shoot out insulin like a fountain. If you are lean and pretty dry you are not going to lose you cuts in a few hours as a matter of fact you will still probably look better when you wake up the following day than at any point that night. I would get a cuple of those Goo packs for runners and take that in instead of eating to big of a heavy meal to so the waist line stays small. Still get your stack of pancakes in but go with other things to shuttle some extra glycogen into the muscles earlier in the day, you can easily put back 350-400 grams of carbs that day and be full as hell just eat things that are nutrient dense and won't bloat you ridiculously. Your metoblism is going to be racing and the carbs will pull the water from under your skin if there is any left just by limiting water intake. Hell have a fruity alcoholic beverage just before you go to really swell the muscles up and make vascularity insane.

All that sounds really fugging good. Snickers and pancakes you can't go wrong. Doc you'll def be lean and mean in 17 days. You already look fn amazing bro...no homo...Im thinking the next week or two will be all you need to dial it all in. Awesome work bro.
 
Kleen... Thanx for the advice, Snickers sounds GOOOODDDD!!!! LoL! I was planning on bringing a 16oz water bottle with water & 2 scoops of N.O. IGNITE & 2 scoops of CELL SHOCK to be sipping on all through the night while at the party, that way between that, the creatine, Glutamine, Dextrose, & Waxy Maize with the energy, I should be energized and pumped all night long especially considering I will be wielding that Hammer, which I carried around the other day just to practice and believe me, after an hour, my forearms were sore as hell the next day, so between all that my upper body, which will be all that is bare and showing anyway, should stay pretty pumped and vascular all night long! Again, as I have been reminded by Morry and a couple of other guys on the forum, it is just a costume and I am not in an actual bodybuilding competition where I will be being judged against other shredded guys, or under the bright lights, etc. It will be dim lit, so that usually makes me look leaner and as long as I look good, then I look good & that is all that matters, that these people will not be nearly as critical of me as I am of myself!

Day 96 - 10/15/2011 - Rest Day (Saving Biceps & Triceps for Tomorrow morning with Morry)

- Is gonna be funny trying to play 18 rounds of disc golf after blitzing Bi's & Tri's with Morry, I mean I work my arms pretty damn hard, but I know working out with Morry will be a whole different animal, when we get together, we really push one another and believe me, I'm not complaining, my only complaint is that we can't do it more regularly, he's an excellent workout partner!

Diet:

Meal 1 - 6 egg whites/no yokes 2 scoops of whey protein in water
Meal 2 - 8oz baked chicken & 1 can of spinach
Meal 3 - 6 egg whites/no yokes & 1 can of spinach
Meal 4 - One of the Protein Bars from the store (not the oatmeal raisin cookie, too high in carbs)
Meal 5 - 2 Scoops of whey protein in water
2+ gallons of water (switching to Distilled water on Monday & will try to accomplish 3 gallons/day)

- Just to keep everyone updated, I continue to look and feel leaner upon looking in the mirror each and every morning, it is such a good feeling to be pleasantly surprised and truly see changes each and every day, truly amazing!

The look delish. I looked at them in the store, but I was already devouring a protein bar. I'll have to stop by there and buy a couple off Al. He does have good taste as far as I know. Every protein bar or powder he has let me try that was his favorite has turned out to be exactly that. I know I have fat kid inside of me. His name is Theodore. I think Al does to bc from one ripped fat dude to another ripped fat dude, you know your cake son!

I'm a major Fat-Guy just itching to come out, believe me, that is why sometimes I don't know what to say when people ask me, how or why I let myself get the way I get when I get heavier, it's like... I don't know, I wanna be lean, I wanna look good, but food is comforting for me, I love to eat, so if I get burnt out on the whole dieting down thing, I never quit the gym, I just start eating less healthy and the next thing ya know, I look like my beginning pictures and not like my pictures now, etc.
