never tried squats and deads in the same superset. god, that sounds wretched. i do them the same training day for sure, because it really finishes my legs off. girl, you are hardcore.

Thats some impessive numbers your putting up there on the squats DF. At this rate you'l be catching me in no time.........my squat is kinda pathetic for a guy my size :(
 
To get out of a rut you just need to teach your body to change perception of what is hard and what is not.
I hate to sound like a broken record but (I will :lol:)

Aussie, IF you want to improve your squats try the shock therapy, superset them with deads, then either the following workout, or even better in the same workout, do squats alone in your finishing sets. This method surely works for me, may not work for everyone but you never know unless you try, and trying once won’t hurt ya ;) …..actually that is a lie Invalid Link Removed :icon_lol:

Anyways, I’m planning to “shock” my bench with a military press next workout.
The bench has been sittin’ at 100lb for way too long, time for a change :saw:

Thanks for the compliments, Suncloud and 3clipse, I don’t really view myself as such but then it is in human nature, we are always much harder on ourselves than other people are . It is ok though, keeps the ball rolling, life would be boring if there was no room for improvement. :yawn:
