Going to BB.com for good solid body building information is like going to dinner with your in-laws. You are going to get flamed, you are going to get awful information/advice, and you hate everyone that you are talking too. Also there is an abundance of "know-it-all" kind of people over at BB.com, problem is, most of them are 15 year-old pimple faced X-tren users.

Yeah once I found this forum I knew this was a good place for me...
Been on here way less time than bb dot com and I have more rep power and also about 1/2 of the post that I have here.

The more I think about it, the more I think I'd like the opportunity to get in on this.

Please address the following bullet points in your logging applications:

-Have you ever used HGHpro? No, I have not. I have used PowerFull and Somnidren Ultra and have thoroughly enjoyed both of them, though (Somnidren a bit more than PF). As for sleep aids, I've used Need2Sleep (with melatonin and valerian root) a few times and liked it, as well, but don't like to rely on products like that.

-Do you currently experience any sleep issues? I feel a bit unrested in the mornings, depending on how many hours I get. Some days I feel pretty good, others I feel a bit sluggish. I actually thought (obstructive) sleep apnea may have been causing some issues in my life and had a sleep study done about a month ago and found out I'm just one of the small percentage that just snores without apnea. My oxygen levels were above 90% the entire night aside from a short period where they hit 89%, so that's pretty good. I also progressed through all stages of sleep and hit dream sequences, well (I could post the labs if anyone wanted to see them).

-What will your goals be during this log? Well, I'm still trying to figure out what some medical issues are in my life that have kept me from being able to lose weight and have certainly had me gain a significant amount, too. That being said, my goal is to cut like it's no one's business, but increase strength and stamina, as well.

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log? I'm currently logging Anabolic Ignite (pre) and Anabolic Competition (intra), but aside from those, I'm using just staples. I'm planning on dabbling in some nootropics, soon. Between now and the next 3 months, I may run a mild cycle or a natty cycle of something like Anabeta and Transaderm if my medical stuff gets squared away (i.e. if I can figure that out and start losing weight, I'm gonna go hardcore versus just trying to keep from getting worse and keeping my strength/conditioning up, currently).

-Are you able to update at least three times per week? Oh, stxnas, you and I both know I can do hourly updates lol. I can also log on multiple boards if you'd like. And you know I bring the humor (I also have a bit of a cult-following, here...they're not the brightest crayons in the box, but they're special crayons--Flex, taman, queenjames, bdcc).

Good Analogy. There are a few good peeps there, but I much prefer AM. Always struck me as a bit of BS over there : BB.com, where you cannot discuss prohormones or AS, but it is completely cool to be a douche to people.

No I have not, lookes very solid and useful to me because I could always use some good sleep.

At times I do, family, work and normal life get in the way sometimes. Also having to workout late has a effect on my sleep.

What will your goals be during this log?

Really to lean up and get back to a happy point in my life. I lost a lot of time over the last year because of travel for work.

What other products do you think you will be using during this log?

Normal everyday supplements: Multi, protein, fish oils, caffeine, preworkouts and BCAAs.

Are you able to update at least three times per week?

Yes, prob more then that.
 
For what it's worth, I just had blood drawn to check growth hormone (among other things), today. Depending on the timeline of all of this, I could possibly swing blood work near the end, too (no guarantee, but it's a possibility).

Yes I have tried samples of it. Didnt have enough to notice the effects I would have liked.

-Do you currently experience any sleep issues?
Yes just had my second sleep study done this past weekend. Before that I was having some issues with insomnia. They seem to be under control for now, but I am always looking for better quality sleep.

-What will your goals be during this log?
To be able to get plenty of restful sleep. I have felt what it is like to be sleep deprived and I hate it. The mental drain sucks. I can imagine I have left a lot of potential gains due to lack of sleep. This should help me get the kind of rest and recovery I need from my High Intensity Training workouts.

-What other products do you think you will be using during this log?
I might run Prime with C20(depending on what it is) or maybe Ursobolic with some fat burners. Always looking to recomp or cut without losing the strength I know and love.

-Are you able to update at least three times per week?
Yes I am on AM usually daily and tend to update log more than plenty.

I am willing to update every day if need be.....I am also a very detialed logger and would love this opportinuty to continue my hghpro experience for my winter bulk.....

id even make a deal...since i was lucky enough to recieve a months worth already, ud only have to send 2 months worth and ill just continue my log for the 3 months....how does that sound !!!! i personalyl think it sioudns liek a great idea. along the lines of the bloodwork, i actually get bloodwork quite often due to past medical issues.. (low t) and can easily add GH tothe test from before and after..... actually have bllodwork from right before i started and gh was low so i could def use it and show some post bloodwork

Put on some mass after three months, I'll be happy if I'm at 152+ but my goal would be 156-158 and under 13% BF. Right on track to achieve this

I'm able to update at least 6 days a week with pictures. Just look at the current log. I update my full workout daily along with changes I'm noticing.
