not really sure yet, hoping some good gains start to show up over the next two weeks. I might stop training for strength and go high volume for the last week 1/2 - 2 weeks. Notttt sureee, tomorrow will be chest and if i dont see any improvements in strength and physical appearance then im changing something up, till i find the sweet spot you know

Till failure ( 29 ) - guess I was burn out, arms was pumped to the skin though felt like they was bout to pop
And even more better form did not slip once whole work out, perfect!!! Much more satisfied
 
SEE YOU HAVENT QUIT YET OR GOT HURT!! LOL. Got to give you a hard time i hope you know what im referring to! How you feeling overall though? More energy, less energy? Stronger, weaker? Feeling any bigger? Any changes in body weight? Keep at it man. What about throwing in some more variety on chest like incline, decline etc... Try some decline flyes man and as you near the top rotate your palms inward and touch the dumbells in the middle up top for extra squeeze! That will really tear up your chest, you should feel resistance the whole time during that movement.
 
I def feel bigger. More swole thoughout my arms and my calves I can see some diff in size. I haven't really made any spectacular gains so far though, I usually do incline and decline but I don't normally list it bc its either a pre wo pump kinda deal or a poat later in the day when I get energy from my foods and stuff like that its not typically a wo I do big though, but other then that a vasco check would be slammin bc vains in my arms are constantly full and I've been loving working my biceps bc the pump I've been getting in them is unreal lol its like a head rush
 
NICE...Head rush in your arms...ALRIGHTY THEN!!!!!Something Must be working good then. Well My 1-ad runs out i think thursday, then on to some recycle. Working up to a balls to the wall deiselbolan run with a whole mess of goodies......This will be my best yet,GAURANTEED!!!!
 
Ima do epi in november see how that works, I'm not gonna pulse it though I'm just run 4 weeks then. 4 weeks pct or something, but yeah not sure if its the supps or what but I'm slowly getting back in good shape bro

Your going to eventually run EPI solo on a cut or what?? Are you going to take any time off from all these other supplements before you run it?
 
Im not sure, bc me and my girl are about to move into our first home soooo we will see about the epi, bc i want to have some support products also, and i need about 250 to spend on what i would label a proper cycle including pct, maybe lower but im keeping 250 bucks in my head so i dont cheat on the saving
and ive been sick for the past 2 days, I think i have a soar throat, it hasnt really settled in yet but im sure it will, still have been jogging through the sickness though, and push ups,
say what you want to about my training lol but i want my after pick to actually look different for this log, even though im thinking i wont do herbals anymore i love jacked but either im not responding or im not noticing it take to my body

Any more would not have been needed, all of the muscle groups I intended on working was thoroughly pumped up and its been 30 - 45 minutes post workout and my pump is still with me. This equals good fukkkin work out

1 1/2 scoop of whey protein isolate 20g protein persrving with amino complex
1 cup of 2 percent milk
2 whole raw eggs
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbl spoon unflav oats
4 grams creatine mono unflavored
 
Trying to get my epi before october bc november 1st ill officially be supporting me and my girl on my own. So I would love to run the cycle through october, bc I will be mnoving from a bad neighborhood to a worse one and am storing most of my weights at my parents house, hoping to get a gym membership by the end of my first week of pct if things go as planned

Haha keep killin it j nuts, I'm telling you switch up to the croc rows for a warm up before any row, it really ats that burst of strength and puts weight on your other lifts like cake son. I mean of course were not talking pyscho a$$ 100 lb add but I'm pretty sure you can add 30 or so to that db row in two weeks
 
But of course not all of my methods are very popular ones, this wednesday I'm going to weight my self with 60lbs and climb a tree as high as I can take a breather and climb back down, I know it sounds stupid but I can already imagine my muscle going into shock from the awkward weighted movements hopefully I can get this on video

Day 4 - legs abs and back
Day 5 - back and abs
Day 6 - rest
Day 7 - small chest and arms and abs- REST
And repeat
For 3 weeks
 
Before I get bashed let me say I am schooled in all the workout plans and techniques that freaking swamp the internet and magazines, yes proper rest and training makes perfect since, for you tom cruises out there but it doesn't work for me, so I am doing something different, a specific schedule designed to over target and overkill muscle groups, this is of my own invention and I'm not trying to pimp it around the boards so don't bash me, atleast till my after pics are up, then decide what you think about my training program
 
sounds fun let me know how it goes, I do something somewhat similar to that, I work the minor muscles the day after. lookin forward to these pics, my lifts are pretty close to yours Im just tryin to get my bench back up.
 
When you do chest back to back like that whats it going to look like? The compound lifts on day one(incline bench, flat, db presses etc) then like flyes, and weighted pushups or something the second day? I see you threw some incline in there finally, do more lol! You would be surprised once you get even just a little definition on your upper chest how much better every aspect of your chest will look.
 
Its pretty much like this,
The lifts I got the best pumps from on my chest day
I will repeat those the next day but smaller amounts of sets along with the next muscle group in smaller amounts of sets
In prep to work the next muscle group big time the next day, so I never really let the muscles I'm working rest untill the actual rest day,
Where I will try to do no physical activity whatsoever

Jogging, not really into a cardio type of state just keeping in pace so my breathing doesn't get irratic but calves get pumped up

Rounding off day 3 in between the two works out, it being wednesday I attempted the tree climb, on the first branch I grabbed it cracked and broke, luckily the first branch was only about 3 feet higher than I actually stand so I didn't end up hurting myself, - note to self - find a more sturdy tree and try again
And I'm not even gonna lie I only put 40 lbs on it to test it out and see how hard it was, glad I was smart enough to do this

Ok I just wanna update, that I think its safe to say the diet has had some effect on my body
I added dairy back into my diet last week.
Its been a while and I think I diserve it.
I also am sure that the after pics will be pretty sweet and should have a great deal of improvement,
Very noticable diffrences!!!
And I would also like to say that with the higher volume of working out has helped, the passed week imy strength has slowly began to wake up, and come out of the sluggish state its been in, can anyone see a platue? If so point that bish out I'm bout to buss its ass,

Keep at it man! Throw in some wide grip chin ups on back day. Open with them 3 sets to fail to get you nice and warmed up. Once i did this every back lift started going up in weight and have noticed some nice increased lat size/definition. I know your working with minimal equipment but your doing good with what you have hand no doubt. You absolutely killed legs man if i did that i wouldnt be walking the next day.
 
I love my leg day, sadly they are just getting into the same mood I am, well where yesterdays toothpicks once stood, tomorrows oaks will stomp, word to the mutha
