Actually game 7 is amazing, going to finish watching that, got a few things to do, and there will be lots of news tomorrow (med school and blood test), so hang tight and should have some good updates tomorrow; hopefully I find time during work to type it all up. Just did cardio and legs today, hoping to do cardio and chest/back tomorrow.

I noticed some mild burning from taking Glycobol on the 1st fasted dose. A little something on 3 caps, but otherwise nothing. My stomach digests everything under the sun it seems, except the phosphates/bicarbonates in JP8 lol.HAHA, I must admit it took me awhile to start implementing my own advices about proper form and cheat-free training :lol:
At least now I can say I really do what I preach

It is quite annoying since I love the product. I've basically tripled my carbs and so far haven't noticed any increase in BF !!! I've been taking it for over two weeks now, 2 caps, 2x daily. Decreased today to 1 caps, 2x. No improvement![]()
1-TT is supposed to kick in at about week 3; I was hoping for a solid 8 weeks of muscle gaining. I think in the 1st two weeks it was more fat gain from upping the cals without my body utilizing it fully (and I did have a bit extra protein).you said on week three, that the gains are coming slow.
I thought the tren compounds, by acounts i saw was fast acting.

Its tempting, but i want to see your results, this is the first log of 1-t tren that i actually feel is very repupatable. Not cause i dont trust the other guys, just you give so many details and seem very on point in your answer,research,ect.
Also, if its only starting effects at 2-3 weeks, you think you need to do 6 weeks min? Id probally also stack it with EPI, since i was thinking of doing epi/tren.
The 1-t aspect of the formula doesnt seem that strong to me, only good to enchance the tren. But let me know if u think different.

ATG Squats - 175x6,5,5 Pre-Fatigued, knees weren't feeling 100%

Box Jumps: Biggest box (70cm?) about 12, pause, 12 (Never done before, looked fun !)
No acne, aggression noted. Libido slightly down. No fatigue. No hairloss (aside from my haircut. Buzzed myself)

Cardio: 55 mins, 1160 cals HR : ~145
- on track to hit a smoking 1270 at resistance of 16, despite a HR about 60 lower than 2 months ago when I started the fasted cardio :thumbsup:

On Mon I get some bloodwork done to check on the moderately elevated AST/ALT, and on Thursday the results came back quite worse. NB Since they were elevated before 1-TT, I in no way mean to attribute this to 1-T Tren, please don't misconstrue my results. I've given this a lot of thought, and slept on it. However I've decided to go cold-turkey and quit all supplements immediately; I will only be taking NAC, Milk Thistle, Toco-8 (Vit E) and perhaps Sustain Alpha.
My sincere apologies to all those that were following and hoping to get some valuable insight into 1-T Tren. I feel I was only scratching the surface of the potential in my 20/70day experience. I will try and post up a review of the two products. Throw a couple of prayers my way, and hopefully it turns out to be nothing to serious. To end on a light note...school yes I got accepted to med terday![]()
i think stevo will be okay
i think hes overtly health conscious, which is good.
But a 10 week 1-t tren cycle will affect your health, in a negative way, guaranteed.
I dont know too much about ast levels and the liver though.
The liver is very important though!!!

Ah the d word !Cholesterol is more of an issue than liver. Most bodybuilders that abuse steroids die from heart attacks, not liver failure.
Thanks for the well wishes :borladuck:How elevated are we talking in comparrison to your baseline? Did you get a complete hepatic function panel done? I'm not sure you're willing to post the results, but i'd be interested in looking at them. I'm sure they'll evaluate other potential etiology sources though with more blood work and probably an ultrasound of the liver/gallbladder/pancreas.

Sucks to hear that steve (the liver part, not the med school part - congrats). I'd be most interested if you wouldn't mind sharing your pre-cycle values, and what you came up with from the recent bloodwork.

Not really; I get my hands on the big gammut of blood work on Tuesday, and then the draws done yesterday, I get back on Wednesday (just checking basic LFTs). I've got an ultrasound on the 16th to check out my liver (or perhaps they're looking for a baby:dunno. The only nice thing is all this has cost me $0, I :heart: Canada sometimes.
