I don't have a set amount of time I want/need to be working out, but I'm limited to at most an hour due to other life obligations. These sessions just seem long and at least for me, going beyond an hour is usually my focus limit/just feeling spent. But to the point raised here, I probably just need to check in with my coach to make sure he's flexing to my needs & goals, and that I have a bit of a give & take approach.How long do you feel a training session to build muscle should last/take?
