Keep that up bruh....good stuff all around. Do you ever find that the drastic weight loss messes with your head?
I guess it’s drastic in the sense I swung 3.5lbs, but I didn’t really - I probably lost about a pound of fat. The water will readjust.
Do that once a week and it adds up, while letting you eat more to recover better on training days, and then you keep your training up strong. I have squats tomorrow morning!
