I don’t think any human could handle that dosage and remain upright lol

Wise choice. MTren is something you pin in the bathroom before hoisting maximal weights at a powerlifting meet. I’m not too keen on Mtren use in the bodybuilding world. I’m guessing a bodybuilder would use it like halotestin? To retain strength in a major caloric deficit in an extremely short duration for that grainy loom on show day? But this “coach’s” layout is obscenely harsh on all fronts, especially with the methyl tren.
He had me use Halotestin as well. Last 7 days. My body was high rolling in gear..

Halo is amazing and has its place. The strength and endurance factor makes you feel like a God. About a week is all that one can take with that. Mtren is halo on crack times 1000.

I honestly just felt like a peasant. 3hrs cardio, weight training and on top of that all the gear with just 180gms protein no carbs or fat for 2 weeks.

That’s exactly how I’ve seen it used on some bodybuilding forums. Injectable Mtren the last few weeks to get that androgenic hardnes while staying full, for guys who don’t get on as well with Tren, or as a less virilizing option for women (between the two).

Oral makes more sense for a strength athlete, as orals always seem to bring more water retention/size for leverage than injectable counterparts. And of course a bit more liver stress.

I used Medfit’s nasal spray preparation before; it was fine used intermittently at 500mcg but the day of the comp I used 1mg over the day and remember feeling more blasted/toxic after that meet than any other ever.

Today was a good day. Last few days were kinda hectic not that it wasn’t today, but, I was able to get all my meals in. I had 2 video shoots today at different gyms. It was fun. This was the first time I have done a video shoot done by a professional. Took about 6hrs for both the shoot. But, lot of good stuff.

And this was a satisfied meal 1

1) Choco chip pan cake
2) 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites

I have a ride coming up on Saturday. So, after almost a year, going on a ride with my beauty

reminds me of when I make eggs Benedict. gotta use yolks for the Hollandaise so I end up with tons of extra whites and I don't waste them

Looks like he’s just pulling it out from some template he has. I spoke to him and asked why do I have to do this heavy cycle when all I am trying to do is recover from the cycle I did before. He was like, let’s then do 500mg test, 5iU of Humalog pre and post and 8iU of GH. 🤦‍♂️

He had given me Mtren in a plan before (which is exactly the same gear plan he shared 20 odd weeks ago) and when I read about it’s hepatotoxic, I told him I wasn’t going to do it.

This time, When my liver values are already out of range, he adds this **** on top.

So. This is my plan and I have started to execute: Took my first shot of 50mg test and 50mg primo today. I’ll do 150mg of each per week and push my training and food..
Fuk, he can't even justify or give rational reason why he was wanting you to run that hideous stack. The fact he seemed to me like "oh you don't like that idea? OK try this then..." If I were a coach I'd have reasons for any recommendation, reasons I'd be more than prepared to present to the client to convince them of why I think my plan is a good one. You're absolutely right, it seems like he's just rattling off drug menu templates. Crapola.

I just felt compelled to reiterate what everyone else including yourself was saying about this guy, for whatever it's worth 🙂

So, from what I understood after talking and hearing experiences of other bodybuilders with their coaches, there is not really any one who cares about athlete's health and doesn't have the knowledge either. They don't try and analyze or understand the athlete and see how to use less gear and maximum out of them.

I had a guy approach me yesterday with acnes all over his chest and arms. Apparently, his coach gave him the cycle and he has had terrible breakouts. Now, he's gone cold turkey and no PCT. His coach hasn't even recommended what to do after the competition and it has been a more than 15days. I suggested to get a blood test done and then start PCT since he's not looking at continuing. He didn't even know what PCT is. I don't blame him coz this was his first time dabbling with gear.
I guess one bad experience is all it takes.

Ugh, these stories suck to hear but unfortunately they're not surprising either. Humans gonna human.

I know you've already been down this road, but it's pretty clear that a good coach who has experience,
and will have your health in mind and not treat you entirely like a template is also likely going to cost alot to hire. There must be lower tier coaches out there who fit this criteria but are also more affordable but how the hell do you identify them with any confidence. The only guys I'd be prepared to hire I couldn't justify the cost lol so I empathize with your position.

Earning in Indian Rupees doesn't help.. lol.. So, I have started to read and self learn. Currently reading the book Anabolics and Dr.Scott Stevenson's book to get some idea on how I can move ahead on my own. It would have definitely helped to learn directly from a good coach. But, unless my financial situation changes hopefully in a couple months, I will do this off-season on my own and learn from it.

Nice bike! In a third-life crisis period in my life, I went and got my motorcycle license, but never followed through with buying a bike. I'm more of a crotch rocket type myself, but I can always appreciate other styles!

Been a motorcyclist at heart ever since I knew what motorcycles were.. Had to give my bike before marriage because of financial commitments and so called "marriage compromise". This is my first motorcycle after 5yrs and I feel alive every time I am on it.

You don’t need a coach for off-season drugs. It doesn’t really matter how you look on any given day. It matters that your training and food metabolism have progression. The end goal of an off-season is that the total training load increases methodically, as well as your ability to turn over greater & greater quantities of meat & rice, essentially.

Drugs, start at a baseline of 1 or 2 compounds and once your health gets in check begin assessing every 2 weeks if you feel progress is continuing or if you need to add a bit of food. If that’s been done and progress still halted, bump the total mg of oil. You just continue constantly assessing if you should slightly bump calories or not, then gear or not.

Example: 150/150 test primo for 6 weeks and your bloods come back good. You are maintaining on a fairly regimented meal plan of 2,500 calories. You bump to 27-2800. What does the scale and mirror say at week 8? Progress stalling, okay we add 100-200mg of total gear. Week 10, things slowed again now we bump to 3,000 calories. Week 12, things are rolling so we don’t change anything. Week 14, we slow and seem to mainly just added a nip of fat so we go to 7-750mg total. Week 16 things are tightening back up so we leave it. Week 18 we go to 3,200 calories, week 20 bump to 1g of total oil, and so on.

These are just parroted ideas; your results may vary, but this is some stuff I’ve heard Alex Kikel put forth, Victor Black, and diet-wise Justin Harris as well. Train hard and creep the non-toxic drugs and food intake up. Even Matt Jansen for his normal guys. Matt also mentioned he will use Nolva before actually lowering estrogen with Exemestane because he can get away with less AI and the loss of IGF1 isn’t as relevant when you are pinning exogenous HGH twice a day.

And you can always take a month when needed to wave the drugs back down to 300mg if you are getting too destroyed with training to keep progress going, assuming just taking a deload week won’t cut it.

Blown away! Going to save this so that I can read it over and over.. seriously.. I am sure along the way, I’ll get lost as to what next. This is definitely going to help to assess my progress and what to change.

Thank you so much.

You have the uncanny ability seemingly to take orals and not have atherosclerotic lipid ranges, so you may be able to incorporate orals like Dbol, Tbol, Var, Adrol later at some point when you hit sticking points. BUT, this should be months from now and only if your liver enzymes get back to normal. Most guys should never use orals in the off-season (except maybe the last 6-8 weeks IF THEY NEED THEM) due to lipid impact and save them for precontest. Some guys who just use all testosterone will use some Proviron later on.

But the compounds you should be pushing are test & 1 or 2 of these: primo, mast, nandrolone, eq - depending on what you get on well with and the ratios you personally handle well. Some guys use a little Tren, but then you’re getting into thyroid down-regulation after about 6 weeks of use, which is kind of counter-intuitive to becoming a metabolic food processor.

HGH of course can be a way for guys who respond well to it and have the funds to grow. If you can’t take a lot of AAS but grow like a weed whenever you keep pushing up GH, do that. Assuming you can keep blood glucose safe. And adding a bunch of insulin as a bandaid in that scenario will actually make insulin sensitivity worse.

T4 can come into play when the food and drugs get higher, especially GH, but I’d be lying if I claimed I understood it enough to comment helpfully.

Lol you don’t want someone 25% bodyfat who doesn’t bodybuild giving you in-depth advice on things he hasn’t done. I mean I have trained for and built some size, & that’s fairly simple to an initial point, so I feel confident talking about off-season stuff, but that’s rather different from prep and especially peaking for stage.

But I’m always happy to discuss opinions/experience with drugs, food choice, and how to lift for free.

If BF was a a factor, every bodybuilder could be a coach.. Look at Hany Rambod. He’s definitely not 5% BF. I think I have a good handle on diet and training. I can assess progress. But, where I definitely need help is, PEDs. Like you said, when to add or take out compounds.. when to reduce dosage or increase..

Did some riding.. 400+ miles with some great twists and bends..

IMG_1265.JPG

Now, back to routine from today. In a new location for 15days. Reached yesterday. Got access to a gym to do my workouts. All the stuff I need (mainly gym wear, some other clothes and supplements) is on it’s way.

Funny thing is, out of the blue, my coach posts a story on insta. I haven’t been in touch for few days since he’s asked me to do the cycle he recommended.

827C42BB-B318-4737-944D-D47867D090B1.jpg

He posts a couple of posing videos of mine on stage as well. I don’t know if it’s just me, but, I kinda am getting the feeling that he knows I might tell him, I am done.

Idk why I haven't been getting alerts for this thread, I'm way behind.

But I'm a little scared, I opened the thread and the first thing I see is a cycle with 120mg of orals per day....

Yeah.. So, that's why, I cannot work with him anymore. Instead of telling me, it's time for us to back off and get your health back, he gives me a gigantic cycle which probably will destroy me this time..

Actually I was going to say a bunch of stuff but it's so common sense that I don't even feel I need to finish my sentence.
