Cool idea. Although I would probably say on the outsides would be better than placing on the insides. I feel like it would hit my hands while doing reps and the band would come off.

That was what platemates were designed for but doesn’t work with rubber dumbells.

There you go! I'm surprised with your big home gym you don't have a dumbbell rack set in increments of 5 lbs from 10lbs to 120lbs!

I got 5-60lbs but no 12.5 or 17.5lbs. The older I get the smaller just I can make.

my father-in-law is gone too, he was like a dad to me since my dad died when i was 6 months. really miss the both of them:(

i was 8months when my dad was killed in train wreck so i never knew him....

hey, i guess we did alright-eh?:)

Simple cheap and readily available solution, adjustable wrist weights. I have a similar set at home that adjusts 1lb at a time from 1-5lbs per hand.

I can tell you it should help partition nutrients very, very well, so I recommend you up the calories for a duration of use. I think you may find some good endurance benefits as well. You may consider a tweak to your normal training to put that to good use~

Agreed! I wish I would consistently track my macros on an app and it would look like the world trade center buildings for the month of Nov and Dec compared to all the other months!

I have been running a log for the last 30 days and I have enjoyed the log and the results so I decided to continue it here on my personal page. The log helped my motivation in getting leaner so my hope here is it will motivate me some more to help in my quest. I will post the final review below so those of you who weren't follow will at least have an idea of what's going on.
