After a weekend of watching the grand kids and a little more food than normal I was up to 187lbs this morning. Starting today I am adding (4) True Shred capsules to my single daily dose of 1ml of Ursa Major.

I used to think I had quite a supplement collection but I was a novice. I always wondered how you stashed all of the "In the mail" items you get. I think you have more protein than my local supplement warehouse.

Got to try the new Core Coconut Cream Pie Protein today, It was OK in my warm oatmeal, but was fantastic as a cold pudding. I was also impressed when I opened it up, not only was the tub full, but the scoop was on top. I know they sell these products buy weight, but it seams a better value when you get a "Full Tub" (am I crazy?)

I’m assuming the smaller containers may actually be cheaper for them? But yeah I definitely appreciate less wasted space. Doesn’t take up so much cabinet or recycle bin space.

always a bonus when tub arrives with scoop on top--i bet stuff gets tossed around pretty good during shipping.

i notice several brands have started to pack moisture packs on bottom to keep scoop close to top.

I need to start doing overnight oats more. The instant oats in the morning with my eggs are so easy though :)

I don't do them very often, but I will make them a little more often with this Coconut Protein, it's like eating a cold slice of Coconut Cream Pie !

I have been applying it to my forearms every morning, same place every day no irritation at all. A salesman from one of the auto parts stores was in the over day and commented on how jacked my arms looked. Makes you feel good.

I screwed up a bit, last week before shoulders I put two pimps of Helioplex on each delt and did a heavy should pressing workout. 2 day later my should HURT So Bad (Not a good hurt) that I could barely stand it. I guess the Helioplex mask the pain during the workout so I injured my delts. They are recovering but I still have pain.

Sucks to hear that. I hate those injuries that build and pop up post workout day or after your workout :( Hopefully a speedy recovery back to normal.

I like that. Just checked their site they don’t ship to Europe :(

I used to use Platemates which were small magnetic weights to add to dumbells but now my gym has only rubber dumbells so can’t use these anymore.
I just looked at the PlateMates (I have steel dumbbells) they $45.00 a pair
