@Smont daily test, is that prop or cyp?

On prop now finally solved my libido issues but cant be arsed to inject ed so i go eod. Surprising how low e2 conversion is compared to E.

No problems with drawing and pinning with the same slin pin, i can attest. 27g roughly 16 mm ( roughly 10/16 of an inch).


Do you guys notice how cutting even on a tiny dose of testosterone, 100-150mg a week makes a huge difference versus cutting natty?
I guess its due to anti glucocorticoid properties of test.





And yes John is dead, supposedly pulmonary embolism. It started going downhill after that heart attack he had.

Test cyp, if it was prop I would do the same tho. Sometimes I skip a day or switch it up but it always works out to about 150ish mg . I actually don't find it makes cutting much easier, just kinda the same, but I'm sure once you hit single digit bodyfat it would make it easier, mainly because your natty test lowers with your bf but not on trt obviously

As for meadows, ya that's the cause of death. It's actually something he's been dealing with most of his life apparently

I'm sure you can combine anything with it, it's just a amino acid, synergistically I would assume igf Des or lr3 would be best because that act similar to insulin and would help the process. Thats going to be my next move in 3-4 weeks

I've seen everything from 40-60mcg daily to 100-500mcg on trading days 4x week.

Honestly I don't know what's best. You only supposedly have 4-6 weeks till you desensitize. Again idk, I plan on 50 pre workout with the carn for 2 weeks and adjust as needed.

My gut says otherwise. Whenever i go off my gut grows, only then after sone time arms thin out lol

I guess I'm not in the best position to make judgement seeing how I cruised on 150 in-between my last 2-3 cycles. But I'm also someone who gains and losses weight fairly easy.

I can loose fat very easy, I can gain "weight" very easy. And I'm probably average for gaining muscle

That’s so sad about John. He was always someone I admired as a family man with grounded perspective; a lifter’s lifter and a bodybuilder of the people who liked to help so many people. Super humble guy.

You will see that right away with 1/3 that dose.
You speaking about the l carn correct??

Gonna try a loading phase for 2 weeks and then drop it to half that.

I guess I'm not in the best position to make judgement seeing how I cruised on 150 in-between my last 2-3 cycles. But I'm also someone who gains and losses weight fairly easy.

I think its the cortisol. Runs havoc when test drops.

This carnitine seems very interesting. However being in EU sources are limited.

I know, he seemed like one of the only ppl that was genuinely a really good person. Even my girlfriend who hates all the bodybuilder stuff I watch, she was upset to hear it because he was the only one she didn't mind listening too. When I said guess who died, she said who? I said (hi everybody) and she was like nooooo really.

I got a pretty decent pump but the trippy part was feeling absolutely zero lactic acid burn.

Yes I noticed that immediately for upper body, for legs I didn't get a pump nearly as good and started to feel that burn late in the sets but it was definitely less then I normally would get.

Now I have noticed the muscles I get a good connection with are the ones getting the extreme pump. Maybe if I was doing something in isolation for legs I would have gotten the effects. Idk, still playing around with stuff. Il figure it out lol

Well if you are like me in a month you will be setting lifetime PRs on all kinds of random things while leaning out on just 120mg each of test & eq
I decided to go with a similar baby dose approach. At least as the starting point. 200cyp, 100 desoxy t acetate ( just cus I have a bttl ) and 1.5ml stanogen on workout days. I'm gonna run with that for the next 3-4 weeks and see what happens

It doesn't get shipped cold so I can't see why it would need to be refrigerated

So I didn't mention it but yesterday and today I did 600 pre workout. Not much of a difference, I think I sweat a little more, I think I was able to push a little harder but who knows.

I definitely have gotten a odd mental feeling that I can't really describe. Nothing bad, just different, euphoric maybe, not really sure lol.

I'm going back to 300. I think the higher doses might be necessary for fat burning and that mental effect whatever that was. Down the road a little il try again but I'm not sure I liked it lol

Have you gone sub q at all yet? If so does it leave a lump or is it painful, when I say painful I mean really painful. I'm not worried about a lil pip or slight soreness. Im already getting a little burned out on pinning delts, I'm doing my gear sub q in the glutes. I'm contemplating on mixing 150mg of carn with my daily sub q glute shot in the morning because my job is basically half cardio so I think I can get some effect that way, then on my actual training days hit delts with a extra 200-300 4x week. I will still get the same or actually slightly higher amount of carn for the week and I would only have to do a delt injection 4x week instead of every day. I know it's not a big deal with slin pins but I just have a odd feeling that over time all these delt injections is too much lol. Either that or I gotta grow some balls and try lats again

I can still do putter quads and front delts but there 50/50 for me. Some go smoothly others feel like I hit something the second the pin goes in

I can't stand that pin in a cork feeling....freaking scar tissue. I tried sub q 800mg of l carn in my glute and it burned but was tolerable...left a small lump that went away as the day went on.

At 800mg a day I feel like I am able to keep my vascularity from my cycle...have dropped a couple pounds but looking tough.

That's a lot lol, I won't put more then 1/2 ml sub q. I think you just had too much volume in that injection

It was but trying out this loading phase for 2 weeks then will drop to 400. Plan on throwing in a peptide on top if it.

Yeah you mentioned that before. I am so ocd with pinning that I change needles and swab the area to death. Lol I even backload my slin pins.

I have done plenty subq. Since my behemoth is 500mg/ml and the AA super shredder is 400mg/ml I only need 0.4ml. I do front & medial delts and ventroglutes for IM if preWO (that’s 6 spots to rotate) and subq in my ass (so basically doing each cheek subq once a week).

Subq leaves a tiny depot that stings a teeny bit upon pinning and for a while, but like you said in no way would I qualify it as pain or a bother. Sam’s club 29g pins also make subq administration half the price vs using my 27g for IM I have to buy online.

$13 for 100x30 or 29g behind the counter at the pharmacy; can’t beat it.

The super Shredder is alright; some good stuff in it but I can’t train on the Albuterol so I’m strictly using it subq on off-days in the morning. It draws and pins smooth like the behemoth but does have a tiny burn to it.

The Stampede I have used 4 times now preWO, and a full cc does indeed seem to add a little kick. I like it great, but it’s just plain overpriced unfortunately so I won’t be buying again. I’ll pick up a bottle of AMP from a veterinary site for less and just pin that separate from my carnitine.

I don't really like the idea of backloading, I feel like there's more risc for Contamination and certain carrier oils and solvents can eat away at the rubber piece on the plunger. I've definitely done it tho

So I went back to 300 and same thing with the weird feeling, I don't think it's related to carn. 3 days in a row about 1 hour post workout I got a weird euphoric feeling coupled with a racing heartbeat. I checked my BP this morning and it was 124/81 which is about the normal range for me. But post workout it was 178/90, 1 hour later 175/87 and now that the feeling went away I checked it again and it's 131/85 so it's going back down. I really been killing it in the gym if I say so myself and I think what I'm feeling is just the elevation of bp post workout once my adrenaline rush fades and then I'm good.

Those bp numbers post workout are about 10pts higher then my normal post workout bp. Called my aunt who's a nurse and she said there's nothing abnormal about the numbers after working out as long as they go back down shortly after

That's very interesting, and funny enough, the last 3 days that it happened I trained right after work, with my headphones still on my gym mix I had to rush to the grocery store and go home and cook for the kids while everyone is hitting me with a million questions or telling me about there day. Literally the opposite of what I want to do to wind down lol
