So I'm about to start a diet, I don't need to loose a ton of weight so I don't need to be very aggressive at all.

I'm currently just on trt at 20-25mg daily or approximately 150mg per week. No ai. My bf I think is approximately 13% or maybe slightly less. 191lbs at the moment.

I don't really plan on doing a log with this unless anyone wants feedback but it's my first go with injectable Carnitine.

My question is....

The ppl I'm talking with who love l carn take there dose daily, pre workout with insulin and carbs, I don't mess with insulin. At least not any time soon. There telling me I could dose some igf Des with my carn and do intra workout carbs and can get similar effects. Well I don't have any igf and I can get it but I really don't want to be taking 4 shots per day as Im already going to be taking 2-3 per day with my trt and carn.

Wouldn't taking some whey isolate with cinnamon or berberine pre workout and then intra carbs have a somewhat similar effect. Obviously not a replacement for insulin or igf but to cause that spike and storage for the L-carnitine? I've spoken to a few ppl and they are divided on it. So e say it's fine others saying it's not going to get the Carnitine absorbed or utilized the same way. Anyone got a clue???

I know whey protein is pretty good at causing a rapid insulin spike, the berberine or cinnamon should help the storage process and I would keep insulin high with the intra workout carbs.

Please spare me on the berberine and gda's inhibiting muscle growth I don't care lol

Haven't taken any pictures in a while but these are Within the past month I think if anyone wants to take a crack at a bf number. Nothing has changed recently as I've just been coasting through the motions

Legs are very strong again (strength is back for the most part) but still small in comparison to my upper body and need work but hey I'm not a bb. Il work on them harder over the winter lol

i don’t know but my logic suggests that an intra workout carb (like a dextrose) should have similar effect. Metformin and berberine combined would be highly effective (and synergistic).

Haven't started yet, it came today. I'm gonna wait about a week before I get going.

Going to start at 300 per day working up to 900 per day.

I also will be taking 1000 of the oral daily but I've already been doing that because it's in a supplement I use to flavor my water lol. So injectable carn will be the only variable. Will be pinning all my trt sub q in the glutes and all my carn I will rotate sites from front delts, side delts and maybe upper outer quads. Il let you know when I start

I don't have metformin but I got a bunch of berberine and cheap gda that's mostly cinnamon extract and ala. I also use 50gm carbs from dextrose intra workout already so I'm hoping that combo will suffice. When I finish this bottle I may order another with some igf Des and metformin to run along with it to see if that changes things

Yeah dude.

I only dosed 300mg for 10wks, purely for aiding fat loss. Concluded it was a bit meh. Lots of guys obviously rate it, though.

Oh I want to throw one more variable in the mix. My state is heading back in the direction of strict rules and masks for the covid variant. If at any point between now and my match they cancel the event, once I feel I've hit 10% or less I will transition into a bulk and increase my testosterone to 300-400mg. As of now tho the plan is to cut or recomp till the event while only using trt as I don't want to feel like I'm cheating the system going into the match on a cycle when it's not tested and the other person in my opinion is highly unlikely to be on gear as there just a amateur boxer.

I've been told the sweet spot is 1000mg+ regardless of bodyweight or gender. I plan on working up to 900 with the first bottle and seeing what happens. If I'm satisfied I will stick with whatever dose I liked but if not satisfied I will run the next bottle or 2 at 1200. After 1200 if it's meh, il ditch the stuff. Even at 1200 it's going to have to be amazing to justify the price and injection frequency

I will be looking out for increased fat loss, libido, and mood. And improved skin. These are the main benifits I was told to expect at higher doses.

truthfully, I would expect the other guys to likely be on something in the amateurs simply because it’s not tested. The exception would be if they are a younger prospect who’s planning to go pro but in that scenario their natural talent will outweigh the gear advantage……

haha, I offered to body spar a guy at my boxing place the other day. I’m 40, not got great natural movement (I’m no dancer) and only been boxing 6 months, granted I apparently can bang and I know I can take a shot but I didn’t realise that the guy (who seems like a nice lad) is 8kgs heavier, 2inches taller, is turning pro later this year and comes from a fighting traveller family 🙈🙈😂

I’m planning to have an amateur fight myself in December and wanted to spar with people better than me but I’ve 💯 fucker up on this one 😂

Hey, it's the only way to get better. But when you're sparring with someone who's that much better than you they should have enough common sense to tone it down a little bit.

I'm 36 and it's been about 16 years since I fought or even really trained for this type of stuff, and a few things I've noticed in that time is that my punching power is just as good or better but my reaction time head and foot movement, and just that overall being comfortable in the ring or throwing combinations out of bag even is a fraction of what it used to be. Not that I was ever some great boxer because I wasn't I was okay and I relied heavily on overpowering my opponent. But the time and age difference from now to then has dramatically changed how I look and move and feel doing these things

Haven't started, will start at 300 daily pre workout IM injection, pre workout whey and a gda. Intra workout dextrose.

Will work up to 900 daily on the first bottle and maybe go to 1200 on the second bottle. At that point I need to evaluate weather or not it's worth the time and money

I'm getting anxious so there's a strong possibility I'm going to start the Carnitine tomorrow. I also picked up some raloxefine from the same source ( theses are both from a certain asylum ) as I have a little preexisting gyno that I thought I'd try to knock out. It's not visible but I can feel it and I know it's in there lol. If anyone is interested in that I can update as well. This won't be a log but I will chime in every few days or any time I think I noticed something is working

Idk, I've seen it and It's cought my interest too, aside from the health aspects it seems like it would be very benificial to someone doing anything endurance related. There's also some talk about it aiding recovery and helping with muscle growth. I'm not opposed to doing some guinea pig work after I try out the Carnitine. The only thing that's kept me away is simply the fact I don't know a single person who has used it

Fair enough. I saw some in bulk and it piqued my curiosity. Typically I can extrapolate a TD dosage from an injectable dosage more accurately than trying to extrapolate from an oral dosage. So, I was trying to get an idea of if a TD would be feasible.

Just got took a scoop of pre workout and 25gm carbs from dextrose and a gda, shot 1/2cc or 300mg carn in my left delt and zero pip. Off to the gym with me intra mix of eaas, creatine, glutamine and more dextrose
Gonna live through your experience. Let me know if that pip comes up. I ran primo at 400 recently and the pip I got from it wasn't fun. Even went to pinning everyday day and still pip...even with 1/2 cc and 30 insulin pin.

We're you getting it into the muscle? Sometimes things are more painful and irritated if it goes sub q. I was told sub q carn is painful.

Yeah I was going into the muscle...man I was injecting traps and even my lats with horrendous pip. We are talking about .5 ml.

I would not take the berberine/cinn with the l-carn. You can take them with your largest meals of course for better glucose management/insulin sensitivity but if anything they will reduce the insulin response to the carbs peri-workout. You want the insulin spike and most GDA's do NOT increase insulin release and work via other mechanisms. For instance glut-4 increase is NOT going to help you get carnitine into the cell. GDA's and insulin all end up lowering BG but not in the same fashion/method.

Try not to worry too much about the carbs/slin with carn. It was used for a LONG LONG time before DBT even wrote the article about l-carn and slin. It will work just fine with your pre/intra carbs.

So after a shoulder focused push workout, there's definitely a little soreness in the injection site but nothing to cry about. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being nothing and 10 being I need to get it looked at it's maybe a 2.5

Have you seen anything at all on injectable doses? I have seen it come in a 20ml bottle at 50mg/ml for $30 so it's cheap enough that I'm willing to try it out at some point after the Carnitine is over. But I'd have no clue where to start or what the possible sides are to using too much

My last 2 sparring sessions were completely focused on defense and counter punching. I always had a tendency to stay on the attack so I'm trying to work on that, aside from the fact I need better defense it's also teaching me to conserve my energy. I'm very confident in my hands and I can take a punch but my biggest flaw was always tittering on the edge of being out of gas. Also I feel like because I'm not as comfortable in the ring any more I use up even more energy

my only real asset (aside from my core strength which is just solid from the lifting) is my engine. For someone my weight I have natural endurance and can keep pushing. But obviously that’s only beneficial if the other guy can’t just cover up and pick me off easily.

So upon waking today there is no soreness in the injection site which leave me to believe the pip will be no problem with this product. There's not going to be much else to say until some time passes. I'm going to stick with 300 for the first 7-10 days and when I go to 600 I will report back

For now just side delts as I'm only doing a half ml per day. So just going back and forth between the 2. Once Im up to 1ml per day I will probably do .5cc in 2 different locations each day.

I can do side and front delts, upper outer quads no problem with a 1/2 in slin pin so those are the areas I'm leaning towards. I have never tried traps or lats but those are on the list of new sites to explore

How are you storing you carnitine? Did you have to reconstitute it with BA?
