EZ Bar Preacher Curls: 65,65,65,65

12mg SD preworkout. Felt amazing. Just endless energy and insane pumps. Even did an extra set of Bis cause I didn’t want the workout to end. Def seeing changes in my abs, I know I’ve lost some body fat, how much I’m not sure but I’ll re test at the end of the week for y’all.
Noticing a bit of yellowing in my eyes. It’s not much, pretty faint but it’s there. Def wouldn’t run this stuff for 4 weeks, maybe max 3 at 12 mg.
My “PCT” plan is to finish this week then wait a week and do bloods for my TRT. Should have everything out in time. Maybe pop a bit of extra exem in the mean time to keep estrogen down so my PSA isn’t crazy high. I’ll be running the choline and insitol as well as tudca for 4 weeks after my cycle to help clean up the liver. Thinking 3 g of each for 2 weeks then 1.5 then back off completely.
