Week 9 Day 1

Weight: 200

DB Rows: 80,90,100,100
Banded Chins: 17,12,12,9
Seated Low row: 135,135,135
DB Pullovers: 50,70,70
Hanging Leg Raises: 12,12,12
EZ Bar Preacher Curls: 65,65,65,65
Hammer Curls: 30,30,30
Concentration curls: 15,15,15

12mg SD preworkout. Felt amazing. Just endless energy and insane pumps. Even did an extra set of Bis cause I didn’t want the workout to end. Def seeing changes in my abs, I know I’ve lost some body fat, how much I’m not sure but I’ll re test at the end of the week for y’all.

Noticing a bit of yellowing in my eyes. It’s not much, pretty faint but it’s there. Def wouldn’t run this stuff for 4 weeks, maybe max 3 at 12 mg.

My “PCT” plan is to finish this week then wait a week and do bloods for my TRT. Should have everything out in time. Maybe pop a bit of extra exem in the mean time to keep estrogen down so my PSA isn’t crazy high. I’ll be running the choline and insitol as well as tudca for 4 weeks after my cycle to help clean up the liver. Thinking 3 g of each for 2 weeks then 1.5 then back off completely.

And this is exactly why i wont run c17 alkylated roids. Not even Anavar (even though i considered it), wrecks lipids and is liver toxic and yet gains seem to be minimal.

Anavar is reffered to as a mild drug when it is used by women but imho with men it is a different story. Bear in mind that men take 5-10x more. What may not be toxic at 10mg sure as hell may be at 100mg.

Even when you think off something really harsh like tren which annihilates lipids, well compare it to a "mild oral" like anavar and take a look at people's bloodwork. Hdl looks bad in both cases with anavar also being liver toxic and providing less results.

Just watched a video on youtube where this guy says how 100mg test and 20mg anavar a day is comparable to 600mg test and he rambles how test sucks because it causes hair loss and how there are "safer more efficacious" compounds like anavar lol 😂😂. Ok...

And he cites a study with like 15 participants and it says that in 8 weeks people given just 100mg test gained 3.8kg of muscle and those who were also given anavar gained 6.9kg. Lol those must be some highly untrained individuals, to gain 4kg of muscle in 2 months on 100 test.

With that not being enough, it is said that one participant had to dro out from the study because of jaundice and that hdl was "significantly decreased" in the test + var but not in test only group 😂 . I will take hair loss over jaundice any day


I understand that with superdrol which is on another level it is a different story but going with an oral which will provide low gains and will wreck your lipids and strain the liver...nah it is not for me. Not when one (us who dont compete) can basically achieve all his goals with just test.

I am the first person to say that for someone like me anything other than test is unnecessary, even though i have used other compounds.

Fair point, the liver recovers just fine if proper steps are taken during and after, I’m sure I would be in deep **** if I wasn’t taking what I am now. It’s not that much yellowing, very minor and it actually goes away when I put eye drops in so I think It has more to do with my chronic dry eyes issue.

SD is the only one I’ll probably run, not a huge fan of orals

Putting in rogaine today I notice a LOT of hair shedding, kinda thought it would come at some point. Not sure if it’s just taken this long for me to notice or if the 12 mg is really hard on the hair but regardless there were probably 15 hairs in the sink after putting rogain in and running my fingers through my hair.

Not good. I’ll probably be bald by 25 so I hope my beard thickens the **** up real fast or I’m gonna look like a pedo

I dont give a flying fuk tbh. The only thing i will need to pay more attentio to is wearing a hat in the strong sun. However i already pay more attention to it as skin cancer is no joke.

Bit of a quick workout cause I skipped shoulders. I pinned R Delt and I was all good to go but every time I touched the area or did shoulder I got a searing pain in near the site. No pain pinning or anything like that but man that **** hurt. Still hurts if I push on the area. Not sure why that is

Damn man i didnt go to the barber since i was 14. I got 30 dollar hair clippers that i use for haircuts and shaving. One of the best decisions ever.

Doesnt seem to me that you are going bald anytime soon.
That’s the thing, I had the thickest head of hair ever a few years ago. Not I can see my scalp. I’m also getting the landing pad spot which is more apparent when I do any sort of back shot. So you’ll probably see that shortly. I still have a bit, but not nearly as much as I use to have

I mainly notice shedding at the temples.

Yep and now the Schick Extreme 3 razor is for me. If you ever decide to shave it all that one is the best as far as taking less time for a good shave. The flexible blades allow it to curve with the bend of your head which is a lot more important when shaving your head than shaving your face which is malleable.

However I still have a nice beard trimmer set and do my own beard to avoid going to the barber. I went once to get my beard trimmed and learned how to fade it from a no guard into a long beard and now I do that myself too!

Not the best leg workout I had, ass gave out before my quads did, tried to finish with some leg extentions but we don’t have a machine for them and it’s hard af holding a dB on the top of your foot lol.

Still got a nice burn going from the 1.5s and the finishing set of squats was pretty brutal. Threw some partials in for leg curls at the end.

Think I’ll start doing legs 2x a week and doing them at my other gym when I get a chance. Just not getting the same results for my legs as I am my upper body.

By my calculations, dropping 2% bodyfat is roughly 4 lbs. so I’ll tack that on to my totals gained at the end here when I calculate it. Pretty happy with the 2% because this was supposed to gain some mass but maintain or lose some bodyfat.

I was going to Bulgarians but those ruin my ass worse than a guy in prison when he drops the soap. I might have to try some leg press variations only going from near lock out to halfway, to keep the quads fired but I can’t do that at my main gym mostly because the equipment we have is athletics based and not bodybuilding based.

I might have to try some leg press variations only going from near lock out to halfway, to keep the quads fired but I can’t do that at my main gym mostly because the equipment we have is athletics based and not bodybuilding based.
This is what I was talking about. Was one of Tom Platz go to exercises for quads. No glute activation other than core stabilization. you can add a DB for more resistance IF you need it.

Signed up to jizz in a cup, but the only time they could do it was in 2 weeks and I have to get a referral from my doc before I go. That means I have to go to the doc sooner than expected which means I have to cut the cycle a bit short.

I’m going to get bloods next Thursday so I’m stopping prop and prov today. That’ll give that enough time to get out of my system. I’ll run the SD through Friday and then stop that since it’s ~36 hr elimination life.

I’ll do my TRT on Friday instead of Thursday and I’ll probably skip the Monday one instead. Maybe I’ll double the dosage for Friday and skip Monday? Not sure yet have to talk with others and see what they think.

Why are you going to jizz in a cup and why going to do TRT bloodwork so soon after a cycle when your lipids and probably liver values are not likely to be good?

Trt bloods are just test and PSA, it’s not my full panel cause we haven’t finalized my dose. So I don’t have to worry about anything else like liber. Values etc. and since I already had those checked right before my cycle he’s not going to run them again.

Jizz in a cup is to Check fertility, mostly to convince my gf so we can smash w/o a condom. But I also want to see how much trt is impacting my count and stuff so I can see what I have to do down the road. Gf wants kids in like 4 years so I know coming off and prepping for that takes a few months etc. just want to plan mostly but also the no condom is a motivator haha

Someone hogged my chin-up bar (yes mine) so I was getting pretty pissed. Kept hitting my knees against the machine which is why I couldn’t hit the 19 like I did last time. Stupid af. Still had a good workout.

Give them a shot they are challenging as hell especially with a little weight added.

Pronated Pushdowns: 57.5,57.5,57.5

Single Arm Pushdowns: 22.5,22.5
Tricep Lat Stretch: 2x30s

The stretch after the tricep work was fucking brutal, but damn I loved it so much.

Didn’t pin SD today cause I left it at home on accident.

Got my echo results back, everything is perfect aside from a trace amount of mitral valve regurgitation. Cardiologist was super happy I got looked at as soon as I did because if I had waited a few years it could have been really bad for my valve. Possibly valve replacement. No action is needed on my end just need to manage my Bp, they don’t think it’ll get worse, might actually improve once I get my Bp under control better.

Ordered the meat for Christmas dinner, 6 3 inch cut Filet mignons from a cow butchered within 3 days of ordering via the local butchers shop. Going to do individual beef Wellington with those. Seasoned and seared then chilled and coated with a herb butter mix (everyone round here hates the shrooms) before wrapping in puff pastry and baking low and slow.

Forgot to say this but sleep has been a lot better since stopping the SD. Not waking up in the middle of the night anymore.

Beef Wellington sounds good. I don't think I have actually ever had it.

It’s fucking amazing if it’s done right. **** if it’s overcooked and dry
Yeah and with filet it doesn't take much at all to dry it out since it doesn't have any fat anyway.

That’s why I’ll be doing an herb butter mix, add a bit of fat to it and it’ll keep the puff pastry from getting too dry

No lift today guys, roads were icy and bleh so I decided to just push my training back a day. Legs tomorrow. Got bloods drawn today though so hopefully those come back “normal”

Family history of heart issues and strokes. Wouldn’t worry if my grandfather didn’t die from a heart attack at 61
