Yeah 150mg a week keeps me pretty high too. I dropped it to 120 for that reason but my doc doesn't know makes it easy to stock pile for a bit. They send me 15ml for 3 months and my prescribed dose is only .75ml a week only using .6ml a week so I can stock pile the other 5ml every 3 months for a nice boost @ 300 for 3 months every 6 months if I want... They do 5ml bottles and I am supposed to throw out the unused portion every 28 days according to the insurance... YEAH RIGHT!!!

Crazy on the cramping... I have never run it at 10mg daily though. I bet you were getting boners from the wind blowing or your jeans rubbing up against it at that dose a day. LOL
Yeah I’m gonna run another month at 150 and see what I get again when I retest to see if it stays consistent. I have a source for stuff so I don’t need to stockpile which Is nice.

10mg had me at a half chub all day. And if the wind blew then I was in trouble if the gf wasn’t feeling it. She was worried I’d break her cause we had sex 5 times in the first day I was here and she could barely walk after. It’s nice though because that’s how I used to be

I think I’ll start running my next cycle around November, right after I get bloods. Probably run it for 12 weeks with a 4 week break from the SD in the middle. Maybe add some prov in to see if I can get my DHT cycle kickstarted again cause I think the finastride fucked it up.

Yeah that makes sense on the source but hey free-ish pharma grade is free-ish pharma grade, I have about 15ml of 200m/ML Test E stock piled. I still have a bunch of other stuff from other planned outings, plus all kinds of Designers. Just not sure if I am going to run them or not at this point. Will make a decision later but definitely not right now while I am still dealing with quitting smoking weed and being moody AF... Plus working on regaining losses before entertaining a cycle. Might as well make gains if I am gonna run it instead of just regain losses.

Very true, I’m seeing massive gains back to where I was so I know that I’m going to hit a plateau here in about a month because I’m approaching where I was previously. I expect to hit where I was starting around mid November with the rate I’m currently gaining

I think that is about where I am, probably about a month out, I don't expect to be on cycle size back but should be able to get within 5lbs lbm of it before I decide to run anything. If I can get my abs to start showing above 200 then I will be pretty happy with that. At least enough to make a decision there. I am not too far off at 208-210 and starting to see hints of where they will be in the right light. LMAO!!!

I’m at 180 and seeing mine which was where I was before, so I think I’ll be good to go. I’m no where near max potential naturally but meh gf wants me to be bigger lol

No lift again today, woke up with a sore throat and hyper sensitive skin as well as the chills and lots of muscle pain. Went to bed with a slightly sore throat I though could be just post nasal drip but I guess not. I was struggling just to move a damn 45 lb plate today. Just achy and tired.

First victim of the flu season I suppose. Shame cause I was going to get my shot today.

Edit: on a side note, does anyone know where I could go to get jewelry custom made? My gf broke her necklace a bit ago and it was rather cheap, but I’d like to remake it out of white gold or something for her for Christmas.

Dude, forgive the rant here, but only Elitist fugtards are all preachy about having to reach natural potential before steroid use. I do think someone should work out through the easy beginner gains, mostly because they come so fast and secondly so the connective tissue has some time to build up before the muscles get massive and things can get more dangerous. I don't necessarily think really young people should either for obvious HPTA reasons. Otherwise, I just don't get how is it someone who breaks the law to use gear feels they have the right to be apply rules to when someone else should do so. It is just a self righteous opinion. Even if not illegal wherever someone is it's like it is a tool to get to where you want to be. If you don't want to take several years to get there and are aware of the risks then who are they to judge when the risk to reward ratio should kick in for others...

Anyway, that's my $0.02 on that.

Hopefully just a sinus or throat infection and not the flu.

As far as the necklace not sure where you are located but would just look up local custom jewelers and go show them what it is and get a few quotes.

Hahaha I remember it man. Nah it’s def something cause I got the body aches. Seeing the doc today to talk about it and also talk about my numbers from last bloodwork.

Doc wants to put me on 1ml / week of test. Thinks that’ll put me around 700 ish. This puts me right on track to start running in November which will be awesome.

Flu results came back negative. I did test positive for strep though. Doc thinks I have a cold and a stomach bug too so I’m on a Zpack and zicam and well as lots of fluids.

Finally feeling better, can’t wait to lift again tomorrow. Feels like I’ve been shrinking this whole time. Still weigh 191 so I don’t think I lost anything.

For my cycle I’m planning the following:

12 week cycle to fit between bloods (November start time frame)

NPP: 100 mg m w f (300 total)
Test Cyp: 50mg m th (100 total)
Test Prop: 100 mg m w f s (400 total)
Inj SD 8mg week 1, 12mg week 2-4
Proviron: 50 mg ed weeks weeks 6-12 (350 total)

I’ll be running exem at 6.25 mg 2x a week for weeks 1-5 and 7-12 with 2 weeks off to see if I need to adjust dosages after I drop the super and start prov. Also will be running a **** ton of liver support, including Tudca, and a bunch of custom made caps.

Edit: keep forgetting **** I mean to add. I’m getting extra vials of NPP, just in case I want to bump up or something. SD is injectable as well.

NPP seems low but that’s what was recommended. Seems most people like it around 450 or 500 ish

Gonna get everything I need probably this weekend,

Ran out of test on Friday like expected, went to get it refilled and the doctor had to authorize it. Fine waited till today.

Doc authorized it, insurance and the gov said I couldn’t have it. I asked why and the pharmacy say it hasn’t been 90 days since i got my last prescription. Well no **** he had me on 1.5 ml a week so of course 10 ml won’t last 12 weeks.

Had to get a new script, doc wrote me for 200mg/ml at 1.5ml a week for a 90. So basically he wrote me for a **** ton and told me to just stretch it for as long as possible and NOT abuse it. He literally said don’t abuse it lol, he knows me too well.

Either way this has made me realize that I need to keep at least a vial of UG cyp on Hand at all times cause it’s been a week since I last injected.

BP was still high today, 136/68 which is odd but I think the finastride is lowering my diastolic number. Guess we will see when I run out in a few days. I decided to give hawthorn a shot, people have been saying it’s super helpful so I bought some today. I’ll take it for 2 days, measuring Bp both days. On the 3rd day I’ll be out of finiastride so we can see what that impacts Bp wise (if anything).

Hawthorn has 300mg extract from leaf and flower, and 165mg from the berry. I’ll start off with 2 because that’s what it says to take.

Legs aren’t super sore, ass is but other than that I’m just tired. Didn’t sleep well last night and woke up twice. Getting more vascular though, probably because I’m not a fatass anymore. Veins aren’t popping like they use too but I can see them a bit better now.
Why are you doing dumbbell pullovers for back? It works your chest more than your lats. You only engage your lats for a brief part of the movement. You’d be better off doing them for chest and substituting something else on back day. Just my .02.

What the plan says to do haha, also I’ve found that if I let my back arch like it says too, and I focus on getting deep in to the motion, I get a lot of lay engagement. Also with where it’s at in the program since your Lats are already pretty tired it really works quite well stretching them under load, get a nice pump from it. I only really feel it I’m the last 6 inches as I go behind my head so I have to make sure I don’t shorten the movement up when I get tired.

Try this instead....replace them with straight arm pull downs and see if you don’t get a better pump!

He’s got those in there week 4 I think haha. Meadows programs are pretty legit and I’m just running through a bunch so I can understand how they work, pull them apart, and analyze each aspect of it. From there I can design my own programs based on what I learned but I don’t want to modify anything until I understand HOW and WHY he chose x over y or z or why this or that rep range.

I do agree though I love straight arm Pulldowns however I’m trying my hardest to experience the plan in its entirety

No lift today guys, had 2 clients come over to my business, got set up for another to move over. They could only come during the time I normally lift though sadly so I sacrificed lifting for the money. Got my computer fixed too which was the reason why I couldn’t lift before my second job.

I’ll be injecting .25 ml of 200mg/ml test cyp 2x a week for 100mg/week total.

It really depends on how you perform them where the focus goes. They can be great for both. It's all in the set up and performance.

This too, if you really focus on squeezing your back as you pull them you get an amazing back pump, and same with chest.

* I actually failed and got stuck under the bar on the first set, my tris just gave out on me. Thankfully it’s not hard to recover from this and I got out from under the bar, collected myself and ground out 3 more sets.

** I didn’t get all my reps in, set 3 and 4 I got close by my tris were just dead, couldn’t get them to move anymore.

Overall happy with today’s workout, it was tough, a bit harder than I remember but I got an insane pump in my tris. Don’t think I lost too much progress, just some endurance really.

My legs look and feel a lot smaller though. Maybe it’s just in my head but I’m not looking forward to tomorrow. I can see a big improvement In my arms from when I started, and my traps. Not much anywhere else though from pictures but maybe im just hyper critical.

Single Leg Press: 25kg/s,45/s,55/s*

* I mich prefer the single leg over double because I have a slight imbalance from left to right so my left could barely and I mean barely squeeze out the last rep at 55 and my right could have probably done one more.

I skipped RDLs for today because my hamstrings are shot and I know they are gonna be hurting. The iso hold with the curls was brutal. I couldn’t lift my foot off the ground after.

I have to go to my other gym to do calves, one of the gyms doesn’t have a calf raise machine because it’s a sports performance gym. But I’ll update once I do those.

Nearly puked from this workout after the leg press. Going to test BP and bf% tomorrow so stay tuned on those. I have a pin today as well. .25ml right shoulder.

BP 103/68 after a high salt meal. I ate the high salt meal just to see what it would be like maxed out and I’m impressed

Forgot to add in calves yesterday, just did 3 sets of 150 with a 2 second hold at the top and a nice deep stretch between reps.

** Did abs last because my stomach was still iffy and I wanted to get everything else done before taking the chance of not being able to finish.

Loved this lift, the barbell curls with the 10 seconds of rest really killed my arms. 45 was really really tough.

Didn’t get my weight since I ate before hand, probably could have gotten it after but eh.

Pinned on Friday, and I hit a vein. Figured I was gtg so I didnt aspirate. Arm was pouring blood so I figure I probably lost all the oil so I pinned an extra .25. Arm is pretty bruised. Last time I do that **** lol. Gonna aspirate every time now lol.

Tonight is .25 ml (50mg) in the left quad since I pinned R shoulder and R quad on Friday.

Felt like absolute **** today guys, but I did some stuff.

Week 4 day 3

Hamstring curls: 85,90,95,95
Squats: 225,225,225

It’s not a lot but it took me like 40 min to do it cause I was trying not to die. Hamstring curls were a pyramid set so I went down in reps and up in weight.

The squats killed me, I really focused on form today because I was already getting tired just from the curls. I made sure I really controlled the eccentric portion and squeezed my butt hard at the bottom to facilitate the drive. Needless to say my legs are absolutely shot.

I was going to do some leg extensions since those are seated by my gym doesn’t have a machine for them and I couldn’t figure out how to rig weights up to do it. I’ll probably add them in tomorrow for a few sets when I’m at my other gym

Felt like absolute **** today guys, but I did some stuff.

Week 4 day 3

Hamstring curls: 85,90,95,95
Squats: 225,225,225

It’s not a lot but it took me like 40 min to do it cause I was trying not to die. Hamstring curls were a pyramid set so I went down in reps and up in weight.

The squats killed me, I really focused on form today because I was already getting tired just from the curls. I made sure I really controlled the eccentric portion and squeezed my butt hard at the bottom to facilitate the drive. Needless to say my legs are absolutely shot.

Sissy Leg Press over Leg Extensions all day long! Well maybe nor over them but I kind of prefer them most of the time. Balls of feet on bottom of platform and do like sissy squats... you will love / hate them.

So as much as I want to cycle starting in a week or two, I’m going to hold off. I want to have everything on hand before I start, and I want to get full bloodwork done before I start as well. As much as I want to pack on the lbs, I want to do it right.

New starting goal will be December 1st. Maybe a week earlier if I get my bloods back sooner than I expect them to come (tends to take a week).

Today’s workout

Week 4 Day 4

1 Arm DB Rows: WU 50,65, then 80,80,80,80
Straight arm Pushdowns: 65,65,65,65*
superset w/
Chin-ups: 10,8,7,6
Prone Shrugs: 50,50,50,50
DB Preacher Curls: 40,40,35,35
Hammer Curls: 35,30,25

* I’d like to go up in weight but I don’t have the core to keep under control if I do, I still feel these but I wish I could get more out of it.

Overall solid lift, I definitely see the difference from week 1 to week 4, I wish I had taken pictures sooner.

Pin tonight L shoulder, I still have a pretty big knot in my right one from where I hit a vein. Might start pinning Lats or traps and give my shoulders a break.

So I have a bit of a predicament, I bought what I believe to be 88 10mg SD caps about 2 years ago. I don’t know how I’d test to see if they are legit.

@Admin if the below isn’t allowed then delete this please

I also want to pull the SD out to get raws from it to make inj SD. How would one pul the SD out from the fillers? I was thinking organic solvents might work but I’m not sure I’m not a chemist. How would I test for purity? Don’t want to inject rice flour.

Way out of my league on that question. Might be worth it to just source some injectable or raw powder and make your own.

Pretty damn happy with where my weight and BF% is at. Normally I’d be upset that I’m at 14% bf and I’ll admit I’m not happy with being 14 BUT in the past 6 weeks I’ve added so much muscle that I can’t complain at all. I haven’t added fat either which I’d awesome because I’ve been just trying to figure out where I’m at.

I think the last time I took my % I was slightly off, so I took it 3 separate times today throughout my lift to make sure it was accurate

So I’ve learned something kinda interesting. When I take cialis, about 30 min later I get very cold. Like crazy cold feeling. I used to be a human furnace, I could go outside in the snow and shovel it without a shirt and be fine, but now imma lil bitch. I freeze pretty much 24/7 now.

Banded Face Pulls: 2x Red Bands
Hanging Leg raises: 10,12,10,10
Ez Bar Curls 35,45,45,45
DB Preachers:40,35,35,35

* Rack Rubs Substitute for pulls, I don’t have a way to set a bar properly for this so I just did rubs and focused on really squeezing the Lats and driving the glutes through.


Not sure if I was just off today or what but I didn’t feel this workout as much as the other ones. The meadow rows were fun and new but my grip kept giving out so I couldn’t go up in weight.

The hanging leg raises worked but I just didn’t feel them as much, I don’t know why.

Ez bar curls were with a heavy eccentric motion and again just didn’t get the same kinda pump from these.

What is a rack rub? Sounds like something you put on Ribs before a barbecue...

Essentially it’s a deadlift but you’re pulling the bar against the rack as you go up to engage your back more. So you’re leaning back slightly and really pulling the bar back in to the pillars of the rack as you go up

Ok so like a cage press but for dead lifts. Makes sense!
