* Worked on really engaging the lats here instead of using a lot of weight.
** Maxed out the weight stack (I think it’s half of what’s listed). Will have to rig it to use the other as well somehow.
*** Failed on the last set, arms just gave up.
Awesome workout today, had to drop the BB rows a bit cause my back was getting tired and form was suffering but damn I’m loving this plan. Seeing some awesome gains on it. Not sure why my weight was so high today, I don’t feel like I’m holding a lot of water or anything like that.
Edit: forgot to say this but my BP hasn’t been in the 120s for at least a few years now, I don’t know why honestly but this is awesome. More happy about this than I am the gains I’m making.
