I know where you’re taking me if I ever come to Bananaland!
I know where you’re taking me if I ever come to Bananaland!
We could make this work. Seriously.Team trip to Banana Land !!
?First.
I was once 5'9 now I am 5'8. The earth is calling, I'm shrinking until being 5 feet under.
I was close to 5'8.5-5'9, but now I am 5'7ish according to last measurement so we are in the same boat... I gues gravity just works harder on us down here.I have gone from 5'61/2" to 5'5" in the last 12 years or so.
Yes, I am not exactly happy with my body right now but am pleased for where it is after so long without taking care of myself. Just in a get in and get things done mode moreso than a rush to get fit again.Kleen, sounds like you are in a "Good Place" right now and enjoying like....
Yeah, It would take me a cycle to get back to your size, or about 6-12 months of serious training and eating well. Not that it can't be done but you know how it is. By the way, I don't think you are going to be as small as you want to be unless you back off the gear. You are going to hit your composition goals far before you hit 185. Well unless you want to look like you are competing that is.I'm glad he isn't working out that much. Gives me a chance to catch up to him.
Oh sure pick on the guy trying to get back into it... Ya'll gonna mess around and have me make up some sort of challenge!!!We should start posting pics of cream doughnuts and deep fried food in here..
Challenge accepted! As if, but man it would be fun to get into that with a group except for not enough cheesecake for sharing....
Casein too... this must be meant to eat before bed...Looks healthy, I see Fruit !!
No doubt!!!!I know where you’re taking me if I ever come to Bananaland!
I 100% agree there. Definitely going to give it a little time, just not sure I will stick to the idea of a lean 185-190. I have a feeling I will probably end up wanting to get bigger again and end up cycling at some point. For now I plan to just train, eat more healthier options and get in better shape. Then I will see where my attention goes from there. My unsolicited brovice is to resist the urge to go on cycle yet. Focus on your cardio and reacclimation to training - this will make both go smoother as well as optimize your body for when you are ready to get back on cycle in a couple months.
You don’t put nitrous on a stock motor and expect it to hold up for long. You need to beef up the rotating assembly and get the car ready to handle the juice, plus get used to driving it hard consistently without it so you can stay in control when you slap the kit on. Same principles for YOUR parts. Get the tendons used to training again first.
Nah, moreso me subbing than anything else. Catching up with an old friend or something like that.?
You already finished? Didn't know we had a masturbation contest.

Welcome back brother! Long time no speak!Nah, moreso me subbing than anything else. Catching up with an old friend or something like that.
OUCH and WOW at it still running....View attachment 184929
This is what happens when you spray a stock 302 block with a 300 shot. (It still ran)
Glad to see you’re still at it, old man.Welcome back brother! Long time no speak!
Too much JOOOOCE!View attachment 184929

Too much JOOOOCE!
That’s why they call you Rocket!
Well, ****. There goes the neighborhood.First.
One of these days I'll be big enough to have those problems lol.I 100% agree there. Definitely going to give it a little time, just not sure I will stick to the idea of a lean 185-190. I have a feeling I will probably end up wanting to get bigger again and end up cycling at some point. For now I plan to just train, eat more healthier options and get in better shape. Yes James Chevy, there it goes. Gone forever. Never to be found again. Was watching WSM 2019 the other day and didn’t see you there winning stuff. What gives?Well, ****. There goes the neighborhood.
This reminds me... my son hits me up the other day from Switzerland and tells me that he may have to have his custom built Stage 2 twin turbo Genesis coupe with 700HP at the wheels delivered to me instead because he can't take it to Switzerland for anything other than a track car. He may end up selling it but he said he might just leave it with me to drive it or track it to keep it lubed and ready to be driven hard whenever he visits...
Thanks, the wife let me pick everything out. She was having a hard time envisioning how she wanted the house. It took 2 months of me showing her stuff and he declining before she just told me she can't imagine any of it and for me to take over on all of it. So I went with black and grays with some splashes of color. Once we get some more of our art on the wall it is really going to pop.Looks tight!! I like the color scheme
Yes sir!!! Be happy with the 2kOh yeah here are the two trees that have to be removed....
This Arazona Ash tree is huge, the trunk is over 3 feet in diameter, and is probably 50 ft tall... The bigger granite piece leaning against it is 20 inches wide to give you an idea of how wide the base is. If you look closely you can see that this tree is only about 8 feet from the low high voltage power lines.

This is the beast of a pecan that has to go... I have never seen a pecan this tall, I am guessing 60+ foot tall. Look at how close it is the wall of the master bedroom, maybe 6 feet away and the power lines are less than 10 feet away too.

So these two bad boys being in such a hazardous location are costing 2g's to get cut, stumps grinded and a complete clean up. Probably going to have them leave me a few cut sections of the pecan to use in the smoker... I would be upset about the 2g's but heck the other 3 contractors wanted 4000-5000 for both of them and they were not any better insured. Just had more overhead.
I actually sold that truck and bought an '87 Regal. Man, it's been awhile since I've even competed now. I've been so focused on school for the last few years.Yes James Chevy, there it goes. Gone forever. Never to be found again. Was watching WSM 2019 the other day and didn’t see you there winning stuff. What gives?
Oh I definitely am. I am really going to miss that Ash tree and the shade it gave. Could sit under it mid day and never feel the sunlight, just the ambient temp.Yes sir!!! Be happy with the 2k
They are 12ft in the Den and half of the master bedroom and theother half is vaulted. The rest of thehouse is common 8 ft. The add on they did in the 80's was almost all 12 foot though. How high are the ceilings? Windows look awesome. Cathedral
Thanks! I really wanted to try to bring it up to date. It was really so dated looking it was just bad! I love the openness of it all. The floor plan was always the big attraction for this house. That and it is twice as big on the inside as it looks from the street.Congrats on your house! Looking modern and very stylish, I love it!
Thanks Rocket!!!!House Looks Great !!
T-Type?I actually sold that truck and bought an '87 Regal. Man, it's been awhile since I've even competed now. I've been so focused on school for the last few years.
Thanks, and NO! Not right now, you have too much on your plate. Plus you just got your gym squared away...House looks great, bud! Almost makes me want to redo mine!
It's a true Grand National with the G80 code limited slip differential. I thought I showed it to you last time you were here, but maybe I didn't.T-Type?

HOLY SHTT! That’s not even the same house! Here are some pics of the house, still some work to do but at a point there is not stress to get it completed immediately. Just minor touch ups, and still have to paint the cabinets in the kitchen, and the outside of the house. Going to do the outside first to get good with the sprayer then do the cabinets.

Thanks, I felt it was going to be abig hit or a big miss. Happy it came out the way it did. It's a true Grand National with the G80 code limited slip differential. I thought I showed it to you last time you were here, but maybe I didn't.
You're 100% right, plus I just replaced the floors in the bedrooms last winter and can't afford to do it again with a new color scheme!! But, man, that grey and black looks really nice in there.
Absolutely!Looks slick, Kleen - glad you’re happy with the update. Makes the effort all feel worth it
Thanks, I am hoping the appraisers feel the same way!!!! Next time your in town, maybe we can lift followed by food, a beer or two and a couple games of pool...HOLY SHTT! That’s not even the same house!
Count me in! I haven't been down there since the last time I stopped by I think so I'm about due to make an excuse to get there ha... might have to wait another couple months though so I dont have to melt hahaThanks, I felt it was going to be abig hit or a big miss. Happy it came out the way it did.
I feel like you still had the truck last time I was out. It has been a while. I probably would have remembered a Grand National! How much you have to drop on that... those things are hard to find, well at any type of reasonable shape and price that is.
Absolutely!
Thanks, I am hoping the appraisers feel the same way!!!! Next time your in town, maybe we can lift followed by food, a beer or two and a couple games of pool...
I’m mean I’m all about a good sweaty workout but on my terms, not mother fu.. nature’s haYeah in the fall when it isn't like a wet sauna in the garage to visitors would probably be better...
I believe you are correct on the Yohimbine ....I forgot to mention that I started taking 2 caps of DTP 3 that @Rocket3015 sent for one of the challenges and 1 cap of Coq Deisel in the AM, and another dose when i get home. Hoping to make it last a tiny bit longer and get the most out of my TRT dose.
I was a littlesurprised how much energy I got from the 3 of them. I know each one has yohimbine in it so it shouldn't have been a shock... I am guessing from the feel that maybe 2-2.5mg per cap.
Holy hell that is an amazing bowl of sweets right There! My god Man!
I can sense your sweets-boner across time and space. We all reacted similarly.Holy hell that is an amazing bowl of sweets right There! My god Man!
You ain't lying my dude. The strength of my sweet tooth definitely overrides any ability I have of passing up something sweet and delicious when it presents itself.I can sense your sweets-boner across time and space. We all reacted similarly.
A problem you are not alone with !!You ain't lying my dude. The strength of my sweet tooth definitely overrides any ability I have of passing up something sweet and delicious when it presents itself.

ARE YOU EVEN HUMAN???!!! hahaI actually don't really like sweets at all.
Jim, we’re over this topic. It was already resurrected by a late-to-the-party comment - let’s not drag this up a second time. It’s beneath you.I actually don't really like sweets at all.
