Weekly Update Body Weight 180 lbs

For the last two weeks I have felt "Off" a bit so after a refeed I upped my calories abit this week (clean food) and gained another 2 lbs, but waist and belt still feel the same so, no problem !!

Underhand pulls this morning 3 sets 8-10-12 getting better, I'm trying to incorporate at least one underhand movement on every back workout !
 
Today (July 4) is my 29th Wedding Anniversary !! and I'm still in Love !!

I was once 5'9 now I am 5'8. The earth is calling, I'm shrinking until being 5 feet under.
 
The wife and I took our two daughters out for there Birthdays last night (35 & 46), Thai Food, it was so good, can't believe I forgot to take a pic....
 
I love Thai and so does the wife !!

I'm not a beast by any means I'm only 5'10" or around there depending on the day.
 
Congrats on 29th Wedding Anniversary! you are 2 years ahead of me.

I remember when I was 5' 10 1/2 when I was in College. Last physical I was 5' 8 3/4.
Shrunk almost 2" in 38 years.
 
I will never have a wedding anniversary. I never married -but, I'm with my girlfriend (Wife) since 1991.
28 years, one year behind @Rocket3015 -but 1 year ahead of @Studhorse .
 
Today was my last day of True Shred after 10 weeks I'm still a few pound from my goal, but I will get there !!

I tried the new Ghost Chips Ahoy Protein this morning in my oats, nothing great it was just OK, but you do have to give them points for not making you hunt the scoop !!
