Down to 178 lbs lost 2 more pounds this week, getting close to my weight goal but not quite as lean as I want to be.

I tried out my new Sling Shot today, I must say this is the first time I have benched in a long time with no shoulder pain. Can't wait to see how heavy I can go with no discomfort ???

I am trying to use up all the Pre Work-Outs I have in my stash, and a few are stim only with no Pump Products... these should take care of that problem !!!
 
Week 9 down 2 more pounds sitting a 176 lbs only 1 pound away from my goal, but I think I will keel pushing it a bit my skin is still to thick and I still have some love handles.

I tried to do some Underhand Chin Ups this morning, my wrist don't turn that way anymore !!
 
That is why I do regularly underhand rows and chin ups. Its important for shoulders too!

I do underhand rows OK but those chins were killers, I guess I will have to start with one or two and work up ..

I actually have the same problem, did these for the first time in a while earlier in the week and my forearm is still unhappy about it...
Yep, I figured that out years ago. Do it regularly and you don't complain later.
I'm injury free for about 18 month doing underhand rows and rotator cuff rehab exercises.
 
Weekly Update;

I have lost track but for the last 9-10 weeks I have been following a workout and nutrition plan to help be get leaner, I started at 193 lbs with a goal of 175 lbs, I have steadily lost about 2 lbs a week on 2000 calories a day (Give or Take) last week I was at 176 lbs and I could see the light at the end of the tunnel, I cut calories to 1600 and added another day of cardio, I felt like crap but, I'm tuff. Yesterday while push mowing at one of my properties I felt my blood sugar getting low so I went looking for a fix, a bag of cookies YUM !! After about 6 or 8 cookies back to the mower. One the way home I stopped for fuel....... 2 Hot Dogs for $ 1.00 sounds good!!! Got home took a shower (ate some peanut butter) and went out to dinner with the wife, a Big Cheeseburger and some Onion Rings later I finally felt full, for the first time in about 3 weeks. This morning I'm up 5lbs (181) Look and feel very big, vascularity is awesome and we have a big family picnic this afternoon............. So Monday back to the plan !!

No real plan, I use the "Lose It" app on my phone make sure I get about 180 grams of protein and about 2000 calories.
 
Just make sure you are back on track Monday and you will make more progress for it. But not letting it derail you is key!
