Here is my opinion. The fruity cereal and rainbow cereal B.A.R’s were just average too me. However the cinnamon bits B.A.R. Is hands down the best protein bar I have ever tasted.
Cant say I agree, but I have the fruity cereal bars coming to me. But, the Cinnamon bits, I will spend the money on. Everyday of the week.

Thanks brother he lead a hard fast life, and even though I didn't always agree with all his life choices. He was one of the best brothers anyone could ever ask for.

Thanks everyone, took the day off of work today. Just to get my mind right. But, couldn't just sit here at the house, too much sh*t running through my head, so I went in and did a light backwork at lunchtime. Kept it light cause my back is still a bit tight, and sore. Will post up later this evening.

Thank Y'all. And yes 46 is way to young. Gonna take some time to get over this one, and not being able to see him, or talk to him anymore. It was hard going through my Contacts and deleting his number out of my phone. My other brother and I have been in contact since we heard, and we been keeing up with my parents since they are the ones that gotta do everything with me in Detroit, and my brother out in Baytown, TX.

Thank you. My brother and I where very close, and he will be missed and it will take time to get over this. But for now, its all about time with my family, cause you never know when your timecard is gonna get punched. Not, letting stress at work get to me anymore, and my training. And Cheese Puffs are so D@mn good. But I found these and said well D@mn 21g protein and only 2 carbs per serving thats awesome. I'll let y'all know how they are. They also sent me some sample packets of their different flavors if someone wants to try a sample let me know.
My work was surprised as Hell to see me today. They thought I was gonna take atleast a week off. But, I did 1 day, I just am not one of those people to sit around and mope all day. I have to distract my mind from the obvious. Otherwise, it would lead me back down a very deep and dark rabbit hole that I dont want to go down. And what actually ended up causing my brothers death at 46. Alcoholism, and drug addiction is a horrible thing. Especially when its started at a young age, and where we grew up it was the norm to see kids 8 to 9 enjoying a beer in the boat while fishing, or at parties drinking and doing all kinds of drugs. There wasnt a whole lot for kids to do down there in the 70's - 2000's. Now there are gym's and all kinda stuff for kids to get into besides dumb mistakes.

I will have to check out those protein puffs, I love that kind of stuff so it would be great to have something that would actually promote recovery instead of inhibit it with a bunch of inflammatory junk fats. I need to look into ordering some of Branch’s Wicked Cutz too, that was great.

Something you may enjoy that I have really been loving - consider trying a large navel orange in place of your morning OJ some time. For the same 80 calories you pick up 4g extra fiber for better cholesterol and blood glucose management, it’s more filling, and tastes really good as well even if you’re full - with all the natural vitamin C. You could say I’m on a kick!

That's a good idea on the orange instead of the OJ, and probably cheaper too. I gotta put in another order for some more Wicked Cutz as well. Do you want the webpage for the puffs. I could DM it to you. I will probably go get some Oranges after I finish these OJ's I bought.
