I quit taking things out of their original packaging for travel because I’d forget which one was which when they look so similar! There’s no mistaking these!! Great job guys! I’ve been in a cut for a while. I have dropped about 15 lbs so far and would like to drop another 15. (I do have an autoimmune thyroid disease that make things a “little” more challenging. Dr’s refuse to treat it so I do take some desiccated thyroid from Thailand just to help with the symptoms.)

Nutrition is going to be as follows:
Intermittent fasting- (16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window)
1405 calories
150g protein
100g carbs
45g fat

Training is a high density workouts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. Wednesday, depending on which office I’m in, will be one of my cardio days. Cardio 3-4 days a week with a mixture of tabata, intervals, & LISS.
Weekends are off/family time.

Dosing
1 pill -upon waking
1 pill- about 12:30 30 mins before eating

Think that pretty much covers it all. Feel free to ask questions or chime in with suggestions.

IF makes deficits easier IMO! Just go without food a little while, then the rest of the day feels like I’m eating plenty! Lol Which is great as the calories start dropping low! I like my food!

Nice! The appetite suppressant so far is excellent!! This is typically one of the 2 weeks each month I’m craving the most! I have been full all day! Made it under calories for the day too!

So we had a lunch meeting that we had to attend today. We were supposed to have this local Greek place with excellent grilled chicken and Greek salad. They usually get pita & rice as well...I had planned my meals around that knowing I’d be good on protein. Got upstairs and the sales rep had brought Panera! Ugh!!!! I would’ve brought my own food had I known that! I went with the half grilled chicken Caesar salad and a half chicken sandwich. Not horrible but not ideal.

Snack was Greek yogurt with Splenda.

Dinner was pollock fish tacos with sriracha coleslaw (with Greek yogurt instead of mayo) and lots of fish on the side! Lol

Total macros today ended at 123p/82c/36f(edited went back and checked the package on the street taco shells)
 
Panera's food is usually pretty good (taste) but not great on a diet.
 
Good morning guys!

Day 2:

Up at 4:30-had a hard time falling asleep at first last night so waking up was rough! Plus we had the window open and it was cold in the room! I LOVE sleeping in a cold room all snuggled in my goose down! Lol So, it was very hard climbing out of bed this morning!

Took 1st dose @4:43 just before leaving for the gym. I didn’t take my pwo bc I wanted to see how the lipo 6 worked. Unfortunately, I think it needed a solid 30-45 mins to get a decent start. I was dragging bad this morning! Struggled all of the way through lifting and cardio. Take in mind, 1. I’m a stim junkie so I need a lot, 2. I fight extreme fatigue with my thyroid condition. 3. I was very low on calories yesterday. So between all of these, I’m not saying the product isn’t strong enough, just making note as these things happen.

Upper body day 5:05-5:50

Thanks! It was really good! I picked it apart by hand so it’s pretty lean...I also cooked it with some fresh ginger and man, that makes such a big difference! I never knew how much of a fan of fresh ginger I was! Haha

Rest of the day was great! Pretty steady energy all day! I’m usually pretty beat by lunch time, much less after work! I dosed my 2nd dose right at 12 so by our lunch break at 12:30, the second dose had started working.

Didn’t even want my Greek yogurt for my snack.I love the appetite suppressant!!

Dinner was herb roasted chicken. Cooked it in the pressure cooker and then crisped it with the air crisper. I’m not a fan of the skin regardless so I peeled all of mine off. Ended up having about 10oz of chicken breast! It was soooooooo good!

You really should! I used stems of fresh herbs, lemon juice, garlic and some salt and pepper. I HATE bland food, especially chicken! Lol

Garlic is a Chicken's friend !!

We are big garlic fans! It’s good on almost everything lol

I’ve noticed the chills too, I just thought it was my house because I’m too cheap to pay for heat when the wife is gone! Lol like you said nothing bad I just through a sweatshirt on.

Chills are probably from the Yohimbine they should go away as your system gets used to it

Yeah! I’m usually pretty sensitive to yohimbe so I’m curious to know how much is actually in each dose. Nutrex might share?
 
Leg days are always the most exhausting but #2 for the week when your still sore creates even more of a challenge! Haha

Up at 4:30, Took first dose at 4:50 on the way to the gym. I did drink a little pwo just to get me started. Workout was great!! Energy and endurance, were actually pretty good once I got the blood flowing! Wasn’t as winded during most of it! Good steady energy!

Leg day #2 5:10-5:45 (late getting started today)

Not sure what I did but I feel a sharp pain about where my hamstring/glute tie in-more towards the inside/groin area. Trying to stretch it out. Sure I just tweaked it a little.

Energy has still been solid all day. I will say that there are typically 2 weeks out of the month that I drag butt and crave EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN...this is week 1 of 2. I am impressed with how much the Lipo6 has helped me so far!! That’s one thing you guys are lucky to not have to deal with!

Workout and energy were great! Strength isn’t the best but don’t expect it to be with being in a deficit as long as I have been and dropping it even more this past week! Didn’t push the Deads bc that spot I teased yesterday is still bothering a bit.
