No New Year Resolution challenge! Procrastination = Masturbation don't screw yourself

You got it big dog, knock out the daily duties, get some rest and jump back at it. Shock the body, we still got 3 or 4 weeks. Lot can happen

Yeah, I can make it for sure, but it is going to take some work... I need to activate Dat there BOSSMAN work ethic for a bit... Got any to lend out???

Sorry for the delay ladies and gentlemen. I took this pic Monday morning but hadn't been able to sit down to resize it so I could post it.

I am 206.2 this week down .3lbs from the week before Thanksgiving. I wish I had just set myself to maintain at this point. I would be doing amazing, but as of right now I am in fear of diaper day! Less than a month... I have some work to do!!!!!

I really underestimated the amount of time this Windows 10 roll out at work is was going to consume. Little did I know 2 of our team had made vacation plans and bought tickets before they scheduled this. We have a new manager and he didn't want to be the bad guy and make them cancel, which I can appreciate. On top of that another tech is out supporting a trial. So we are also trying to accomplish this half staffed and having to take up the slack. Working ridiculous hours, I worked all weekend, and then got home at 2:15 AM last night, will probably about the same tonight. Sitting down to eat now and figured I better post up while I could. I haven't been to the gym since Saturday, and am so tired when I am not at work all I want to do is rest...

No, I am not asking for leniency either. Just mentioning that this is much more of a challenge than I originally anticipated with the roll out. Plus my foot is starting to get a little sore with all the required walking around.

Picture is in a different spot with the light coming from the front so no shadows to make me look better. LOL

I would say that I look flat, and a little soft. However I get normal hours on Friday then the weekend off this week so I am going to push what I can then. No doubt with all the walking and other work I am expending plenty energy. However I think with the stress it is catabolizing muscle tissue since not lifting and telling it I still need to keep those muscles strong as a priority. Not a good scene... Once I make it through this week I should get a little more time because our people will be back in.

Wish me luck guys!

You have to get in (on) gear, literally. On the other hand, seeing you in diapers will be sweet! ;)

You can tell your leaning out though. Keep it up man!

Yes sir, come out east and you can help me with leaves....as fast as I get them up....they fall back down....
That would do it! I was raised in West Virginia, that was a huge part of my life. We have more in common than you know. I was actually doing yard work for money for a bunch of people in my neighborhood from the time I was 9 until I moved to Texas then did it around here until I was old enough to get a job in AC!!! Texas heat and yard work... WHY!!!! :)
You have to get in (on) gear, literally. On the other hand, seeing you in diapers will be sweet! ;)
Yeah I am ahead of you there... Started 120mg a day of DermaTr3n, and 50mg oral Winny V on Wednesday when I was just like OH CRAP!!!!
I still have some SD that might get tossed in the mix in a week if I am still skeptical of success. I wish I had some cardarine or SR9009 on hand that would really help in this situation.
Beards got you looking.... Seasoned... Yeah thats the word... Lol how old are you? Didnt realize you were old enough for all that gray
LMAO!!!! You gotta love it! I am growing it out for my daughter for Chrismas! I am 46, it is just prematurely white. I am hoping to be a complete sexy silver eagle like Rocket3015 by his age!!! I haven't decided if I will keep it after Christmas or not. I need to get it shaped up nice after and see if I like it. Otherwise it is going back to a goatee or a much closer trim than it is now. It actually looks pretty good when combed but it is wild in the pics...

.8 lbs away from my goal.
Bad ass James!!!

Just as an update some progress. I got a workout in mid week! Woohoo!!!
I managed to get in a workout mid week using my slastix resistance bands, If you have a limited budget and space but wanted something that offers good resistance, as well as cardio they can definitely be a one stop workout. The ones I have offer 105lbs of resistance each at peak stretch. Every time I use them again after a while I am like damn why don't I use them more often... the answer if used intensely they will kick your ass.

I did 5 rounds of this going to failure / breaking point.

Slastix Battle Ropes Max Speed Waves- 30-60 seconds - walked out to challenging resistance held elbows out at 45 degree angle to engage more muscles, went until felt like heart would explode! Used full body not just arms...
Rebound Med-Ball Slams 15lbs - 10-25 - Didn't count, done until rebound dropped below belt line.

Breathing Pause 10-30 seconds Basically just gasp for air and get back to work as fast as possible

Rebound Med Ball Push Press 15lbs - 10-25 Didn't count, done until rebound dropped below belt line
Slastix Rope Chest Press / Fly - 15-25 - walked out to a challenging resistance level and repped starting heavy and then stepping back to maintain motion.

Rest about 2 minutes and repeat 5 times

I tried to keep my feet even with the pressing with the robes, it is extremely challenging and a full body and serious core workout. The 210 is pulling you backwards at full extension so the anti-flexion and anti-rotational aspect of the core is intense!!! I had to stagger step for a second a few times to continue the set where it pulled me off balance for a second.

This workout had me gasping for air and really pushed me... I loved and hated it!!!! Just what I needed midweek and to make me feel like I am still trying to get it done...

I am actually surprised that not only are my back, pecs, and rear delts a little sore, but also my glute / ham tie ins, and quads at the knees. Just the resisting against the ropes, and minor squatting.

I have a feeling I probably lost some weight at work this week. Completely exhausted... lots of hours and was on my feet and or moving the whole time... Breakneck pace of course... I basically did IF, and took advantage of all the hustle at moderately low intensity which should have burnt a decent amount of fat, then had a big meal around 8:00-9:00 at work when they fed us and if that was my first meal, capping it off with something when I got home before bed. For instance last night I had 3 cups of milk with 60g of whey isolate when I got home before bed. Not ideal but trying to get that protien and more calories in. The days I had something before that meal it was typically 6 eggs for fast breaker, and or some nuts at work when I could grab a small hand full, maybe like 1-3 ounces depending on the day. Regardless I was in a pretty steep deficit, but also a lot of stress so we shall see. This weekend is going to be a rebuilding time. Focus on lifting and reminding the body I need my muscle!!! It will be quick paced, to help with fat loss but it will also be resistance training and plenty peri-workout carbs to help get more anabolism going around the workout...

Taking the daughter out for a Daddy Daughter date today. She didn't do well with not seeing me this week. I guess it was harder knowing I was here but she couldn't see me. I ended up waking her up for a kiss goodnight the last 2 nights to try and help with it but going to take her out make her feel special. So will have to be careful with the menu selection. :)

Well done Sir!!!
My progress pic on Monday -or Tuesday. #nodiapers4me

I have no doubts, can't wait to see.

I am about to really start pushing this myself. I should have more time for the rest of the year. The roll out is paused after this coming week until after the New Years. Plus I am off of the nights and someone else is on double duty next week.

Hopefully these upcoming pics show some more progress. I feel like I improved this week. Gotta just do this thang like it is a job for the rest of the month, do what it takes whether I enjoy it or not... I at least have some CEU's I need to do as well so I can watch those as I do my LISS cardio. I got 3 weeks and look like I need to lose 6lbs of fat so lets see what happens... I had a tiny bit of thick residue in my SR9009 TD bottle so I just squirted some of my DermaTr3n in it and will use that for my morning doses to see if I can get anything out of the last bit of that too. I still have the SR9009 that I was to test via IM and might just make a TD from that too since it caused ridiculous PIP and I won't use it that way.

It's make or break time for me...

Just ordered some Salvo and aminos from NP, should get here pretty quick and then can add the SR9009 in and see if that helps out too.

Ill try that out. I currently have a VERY basic digital scale.

BTW- how is everyone doing with their goals?

Been away guys. Work has been out of control, Family and life stuff at full scale. and I have no idea what my diet is? (Eat whatever I have access to diet) I have been hitting the gym however. my gym time has been all over the place. went to the gym last night at 11:00pm. I even went on Saturday at 10:00 PM after helping my mom. My wife thinks I'm nuts.
Will try to get some picks up so you guys can bust my balls! I need it.

Just looked at that data, says you have 7.8 lbs of bone? Made me go look that up, was curious if the bones could possibly be that light. Looks to be pretty legit with Asians being around 2-3kg, and Africans being higher at 5kg average... I had always assumed the bone density and what not it would have been heavier. Interesting little lesson there.

Oh yeah, I think I am getting closer, got up early before work and did some legs and cardio this morning. Hoping the morning cardio and lifting will help me get where I need to be. Feels like I am leaning up...

7.8 lbs does not seam like much ????

Well, don't tell anyone it is a little embarrasing around so many badasses around here, but I don't have a lot of experience handling human bones outside of the skin... :D The bones of other animals seemed to be much more dense and heavy. Like I can get a roasted or dehydrated cow kneecap for my dog, and it is about the size of a softball and it will easily be a pound. So was just thinking the whole human skeleton would weigh more.

Obviously, or so it would seem a larger heavier animal will have higher bone density than we do but 8 lbs just seemed really light to me...
DemntedCowboy, curious, one day can you weigh and then the next day salt and potassium yourself up good with a carb up and then do the weighing again. I am just curious what values change by doing that with that scale. Curious if it changes the bone weight, or how much the bodyfat measurement changes since they use the speed electricity flows through your body to measure, and hydration makes a massive difference.

Hit up a fast paced Back and Chest last night, worked up a hell of a sweat, and definitely burned some calories. Then this morning I did 2 15 minute blocks of HIIT via 2 complexes, one with several KB Carries, and one with Battle Rope/Med Ball Slams, & Med Ball Push Press, and followed up with 20 minutes of LISS on the recumbant bike. this morning.

Doing what I can to make the cut here!!!! I am definitely leaning up and am pretty sure I will hit 201.5 like I was in the picture but not sure I will look the same since my legs and are noticeably smaller from not being able to push them. It is going to be close, these 2 a days not that I have time should bump things down. I lost a belt loop around the waist line so definitely leaning up quickly at this point.

Actually if you look at it. 1 says 7.8 and the other says 8 so that shows a difference. But I will still test it and see what happens.

Cool, looking forward to it!

So I am not quite as lean as I was in my picture yet, but I have almost lost the weight to reach the goal weight of 201.5 lbs. As of last night I was sitting at 202.4 lbs so only .9lbs to go as far as weight loss but not going to be as lean at that weight because my legs have been losing a lot of size over the last several months...

Going to let you all decide later if I wear the diaper or not, I am for sure going to reach the weight goal I set, just not sure it will look as lean as in the picture... Losing more weight was not in my plan so this part perplexes me a bit, but I am still going to push my ass off to look as lean as I do in the pic as well.

Things are holding steady here. I am happy with that....Would love to lean out some more but body just doesn’t seem to be getting the memo! Haha Lifting is 4 days a week for 45 mins and cardio is currently 3-4 days of 25-30 mins. Nutrition has been about 90% on track. Also noted- this flexing/engaging all the muscle for posing is very difficult! My brain doesn’t seem to comprehend! ???*♀️Invalid Link Removed

You guys are making great strides towards reaching your goals, so you are both winners !!

Not where I hoped to be at this weight... It is very humbling to see how much muscle mass I have lost having to baby my entire body. I haven't been under 200 and not had abs in years!!!!!!

Anyway I hit 199.7 this morning so 1 lb less than my weight goal but still no abs. Much closer and my waist is much smaller but still not there after losing 8 lbs from the start. I had no idea I had that far to go by looking at the weight... My upper is a little smaller but my legs are down 2 inches each... suffering a loss here, kinda feels like when an acquaintances dies...

Starting to show some more definition.

I went back and looked at my post just to see exactly what I had to do and I didn't specify a weight I wanted to end at. I was 201.7 in that picture and it is what I would like to look like. However luckily in my favor I only said I had to have visible abs. So that gives me more hope here in this situation. I have to have abs but don't have to be that lean. It was also a punch in the gut to see the pictures and difference at a lighter weight.

Either way I am still aiming for as close to that as I can get! Pedal to the metal baby!

6 weeks into my cut, strict keto, and down 22lbs. Palumbo cut diet scaled down to 2000 calories. Before and after side by side:

Great start, excited to keep this crazy train rolling.

Great work guys!! MrKleen73 don’t let the scale get to you! You’ve maintained well all things considered. Plus you will get the little you’ve lost back once you’re healed!

Wow I might upgrade my scale. It's a similar design principle, my Eat Smart scale, but lacks Bluetooth and auto tracking to my phone would be lovely.

Renpho for the win it seems.

They’re not bad. Not reliable but as you know it’s another tool to measure from.

Yeah, they are typically way off when it comes to actuall LBM or BF%, but if your diet, electrolyte, and water intake remain pretty consistent then you can use them to track progress as long as you aren't thinking the BF or LBM is accurate. For instance this one is giving DC a reading of 16.1% but he is more likely in the 20-25% range.

Not saying anything negative here about your physique either DemntedCowboy , just pointing out the inaccuracy of those devices. I am right in the 20% range myself.
love2liftkat, thanks! I am going to get the job done, either way I am looking better just over the weekend, so I think I am going to be good for NYE!!!

Yeah I know I'm not 16% but its nice to see. And I use it to go by if it says 18% at the beginning, and I'm down to 16% according to the scale I know I'm moving in the right direction.

That is exactly how it is beneficial to use it right there. I wish we were both at a legit 16%, then we would definitely hit our goals!!!
