Yeah the essentials like a multi and fish oil is always good. Protein if you aren't getting enough from real food.
Just have to keep it simple and stay away from a lot of processed foods.

I did make a stop at The local supp store the other day when I left there all I had was preworkout ... and my head hurt!! They certainly had a lot to say! Simple is where my heart is and slowly my brain is conforming to the simple ways it’s self ... yay for some mental peace for once!

Look into John Kiefer's Carb Backloading. You go strict keto for a couple weeks, then on the days you train you are allowed to have simple carbs with your dinners. What I do, makes everything so manageable.I’ve dwindled there ... then somehow bread and cupcakes end up in my mouth... it’s a shame

less invasive:
-clip toe -and finger nails
-cut off all the callus on the heals
-shave that vagina jungle off
-take the butt-plug out
more invasive:
-yank all teeth out
-deep colon cleansing
-donate a kidney

We need picsSo updated pics ... sorry I’ve been slacking lately ... attempting to put up a high tunnel before the snow comes! So yesterday I sustained a gym injury lmao... let me explain the dude that seems to have me spot him at random times doin random things .. got me again. He simply asked will u throw the medicine ball back and forth as he does decline bench sit ups ... seems fair enough right! Medicine ball weighing in at a solid 8lbs ... first throw he wings it straight into my right breast. Wow ouch ouch ouch... so now I have a weird breast injury from that guy at the gym... yay!!
