Oh like I said, you will still get the increased recovery, and added volume from it regardless, so it will definitely be an effective program. I was just saying that you only have X amount of recovery ability, and if you spread it around you won't get the outstanding growth in one area like the guy who added an inch by doing it on just his arms... Oh Yeah... The juice will help too.

Remember there really isn't anything magical about the feeder sets, they are simply adding frequency and volume without creating additional breakdown. The more frequently you can stimulate a muscle and it still recover the more growth you will achieve.

Well while you should not be approaching failure, you should feel the burn, and go deep into the pump, just no need to get into failure. Those types of high intensity pump sets are highly effective too, but are often their own workout due to causing more muscle damage so they need more recovery, rather than facilitate it. The goal is stimulation not annihilation, sounds like HIT4ME was hitting it more along the lines of a stand alone high intensity pump workout, which if other volume and intensity wasn't adjusted down would run into recovery issues done with the frequency of a feeder set.
Whoa...this post is about to be for the archives!

Here it is - Hairygrandpa was responding to Chados' post. But, I understand it is our knee-jerk reaction when we argue to name each other. Hell, I do it in real life...I will think of an angle on something and my brains puts "Mrkleen73" before it.

lol, for real, I think this is one time where we see 100% eye to eye and we actually AGREE!!!

What's harder? Lifting one pound a thousand times or a thousand pounds once? And is that the same as lifting a hundred pounds ten times? Asking for a friend.

In all seriousness, we often don't really differ much in our opinions. I feel like we agree on 99% of things and spend a lot of time debating the last 1%. We are just so wordy and think of so many angles on that 1% that we create these long discussions. But I always appreciate the challenge, it isn't like you lack knowledge and stick to your guns because you don't realize what you don't know, you normally have good reasoning...even though you are wrong most of the time. Haha.

Agreed on the 99%

Lol, reminds me... I corrected a buddy at work and told me "Damn that makes twice I have been wrong this year. I can only be wrong one more time." So I tell him Obviously one of those times was when you counted how many times you've been wrong."

It caught him if guard and he spit out his coffee...

I trained fasted, not much pump -and it really wasn't as taxing as I thought. Should have upped the weights and this way made less reps.
Anyway, it felt good and probably lubricated all joints. Found it to be a good way to start after a week of deloading.

That makes me "weaker". Can't deal well with problems. Getting grumpy (azzholish) and bitter until its resolved. I also tend to react before I think, like firing employees without a warning, later regretting it when getting sued.

Cycle update:

Now feeling the 500mg test/week and started Sdrol at 20/30mg/day ( 3x10mg on "feeder" days/ 2x10mg on workout days ), while keeping cals at allowance. The last time I bumped cals up to 4-5k/day and even lost some fat while bulking on S-drol. This time trying to cut while recomping.

Weight is at 97kg (214lbs). But since I dropped the Anavar , I lost definition a bit. Also RL trouble upped my cortisol. Sdrol will fix that, I hope. :)
Will follow the feeder program to the letter. Today is back day, tomorrow feeder-back day.

Yesterday was feeder-leg/shoulder day. It definitely did something. Can feel every muscle in my legs, in a good way. Shoulders seem more punishable, can't feel a thing.

False. The best advice Rich Piana ever gave me was how to increase my dick to ball ratio by cycling (:)2=*♂
